Peta Murgatroyd and Maksim Chmerkovskiy welcome a new addition to their growing family! The couple shared a sweet video surprising their 6-year-old son, Shai, with a puppy! It starts with Shai covering his eyes as Maksim guides him to his room. When he opens them, he sees a brown poodle puppy patiently sitting in a basket. Their new family member comes three months after they announced they're expecting baby no. 2 in June.

Adore Peta's personality -- she's such a positive light -- not to mention Amazing dancer. She and Max deserve this wonderful gift they've been granted, they persevered so long & were willing to share their hearts to help others. I know how hard this is. My niece went through more years than these two and it was really hard. then last year, with the very last embryo....they now have their second child. a miracle baby!!!! Congrats Maks & Peta!!!!!

I just don't like Maksim hmerkovskiy anymore. Since the Ukraine war began and his sneaking out of the country etc. I just don't like hearing anything about him anymore. I find him and many other Ukraine people that have come to the US and reap all the benefits that the US provides typical of foreigners. Many Ukraine people that have arrived in the US are set-up in housing by our Government and very little is said about them or the benefits they receive. But, so much negative information about the border and other Latinos that in many cases don't reap the same benefits. The double standards when in comes to race needs to stop. The people of Ukraine expect a great deal from the US, US tax-payers are supplying what's needed to fight there war and that also needs to stop. Ukraine's war is taking away benefits that would serve poor Americans better, do you think the Ukraine Government would supply Americans with the same help if it was needed, you better think again because the answer is no it wouldn't. The President of Ukraine has a great deal of serve constantly asking the US and other countries for supplies to fight his war. Putin isn't going to fold because he has to save face, the Ukraine war will continue on until someone stops and it will be all for nothing.

You do realuze that Maks is an American citizen. The family emigrated here 29 yrs ago and immediately went through the naturalization process. Why would he have less rights than any other American citizen, to be home and with his family. And he has, and is, doing a tremendous amount through his humanitarian work as is his entire family.

@@patknapp5582 - Yes, I know she's an American citizen and I don't care. He's a user just like many foreigners that come to the US and reap all the benefits. How else would he become a US citizen without going thru the naturalization process and I don't need you telling me a damn thing about him or his life. My statement about him stands he's a punk of a man to me plain and simple, hiding the way he did while other men stood there ground says a great deal about his character. Of course he's sending whatever back to keep the public off his back. Nothing you can say will change how I feel period. Oh, I assume you know him personally since you know so much about his tremendous work he's suppose to be doing. The man is selfish punk plain and simple. When he stated he wanted to stay and fight, I knew that wasn't true.

@@lizzieaftertaylor939 What a terrible thing to say about anyone else that comes to this country. Maks is a very kind and generous person with a heart. You are a very selfish person and it's people like you that make the U.S look bad. Don't you have a heart for those who suffer? No I guess not or else you wouldn't say the things you said. Where did your great, great, great grandparents come from. Maybe the U.S. should have denied them from coming here then you wouldn't be living in the U.S. We are very spoiled in this country. A lot of people take everything they have for granted instead of being grateful. Not everyone has what we have. Many come from countries that the government doesn't support the poor. There is no middle class. Only the very rich and the very, very poor and they get nothing from their government. Next vacation go to Haiti or Honduras and see how the poor live. You should be ashamed of yourself. I'll pray for you though.
