Toto Wolff must be seething; that his over-confidence in believing Hamilton would be in his pocket and with Mercedes AMG team his until retirement from racing. Now Toto's losing long-term team member, 'Bono', Hamilton's race engineer, set to continue his bonded relationship with Sir Lewis Hamilton at Ferrari in 2025, applauding race wins with "Get in there Lewis!" Toto, the part-owner and team principal of Mercedes AMG, has nobody to blame but himself. He patently failed the "Dark Knight' in so many ways, when the racer was principally responsible for winning consecutive 8xF1 GP World Constructors' Championships. Hamilton allegedly got a "heads up!" from a late mentor, Niki Lauda that Toto not only despatched Ross Brawn as team principal and seized the reins of power, (Ross who sold the 2009 F1 GP World Championship winning team Brawn GP to Mercedes and according to Niki Lauda, was the main tecruiter of Hamilton to replace G.O.A.T. Michael Schumacher), but Toto insideously aided Nico Rosberg with the car of Hamilton suffering unprecedented 'technical issues' slthough he still won more taces in 30 Q 6 than Rosberg's 'lucky' winning of 2016 F1 GP WDC TITLE, to please both Daimler Benz board, with a German driver triumphing in a German F1 race car and of course Nico Rosberg, who had never previously beaten Hamilton, even as young boys in karting. 1. Toto Wolff allegedly vetoed Hamilton's desire to keep Finnish driver Valtteri Bottas as a reliable No.2 instead of Young Gun George Russell, who has the luxury of Toto as his manager. 2. Toto also failed to conclusively support Hamilton in protesting the daylight robbery of 2021 Abu Dhabi debacle and subsequent awarding of that World Championship to a rival driver in decidedly fishy circumstances. 3. Toto, the Austrian CEO of Mercedes AMG , failed to overee delivery of a competitive race car as he has promised. 4. He also failed to instruct desIgn/ development engineers to listen to Hamilton's input until too late and 'cost cap' also kicked in. 5. He failed to reward Hamilton with a multi-year contract. (Basically shooting himself in the foot - sanctioning a one year 'get out' clause for Hamilton). 6. He failed to see that Hamilton was awarded an international Mercedes ambassadorship by Daimler Benz main board of directors, upon retirement. 7. He failed to give Hamilton due respect by announcing over the radio "Yes Lewis, the car is bad; please just drive it!" Thereby giving notice that is how important Hamiltant was to.him. so much for 'friendship'. . . 8. He absolutely failed to get the Mercedes mechanics crew and team members to celebrate Hamilton Podiums in 2023 season, despite that dog of a car he struggled to get any success with on the track; preferring to prioritise collecting George Russell's DNF crashed car, leaving the stellar racer, loyal for a decade to Mercedes F1, to celebrate with sympathetic McLaren and Ferrari team members . . . 'Nuff said! Sad that those failings returned to bite Toto Wolff very severely in his rear end . . . 9. He just totally underestimated Hamilton's very valueable personal and globally popular 'brand', which put $7Billion on Ferrari share price on announcing they had the legendary racer's signature to join them in 2025. Ferrari sell supercars at a $Million or more a pop! Ferrari, however, have given Hamilton all that Toto denied him and a $100Million p.a. salary to boot! Small surprise that Toto is chasing Max Verstappen as a replacement, (for Sir Lewis), to partner a still lacking in racecraft George Russell, who will of course eventually lose out to 17 years old 'Kimmi'Andrea Antonelli, the new wonderkid. . . Interesting times ahead.😊

As an Italian team Ferraris main problem is that the team is full of Italians ! Lovely people but logical, efficient and organized they aint !!! (Remember 3 differen tires at the same tire change a couple of years ago? 2 slicks, 1 inter, and 1 wet) !!

This is the same situation as schumi and ross brawn haha

What people miss about Ferrari is that Every Race Win in a Ferrari is as glorified as winning a World Championship in any other car on the grid. Yet, I'm certain Lewis will go for gold (world championship) in Ferrari for he doesn't know any other way. I think when he runs his career course with Ferrari the next big name is Magic Max to replace him, it is inevitable and rational to conclude. I think Lewis and Bono as a single unit are a deadly force. Which means this duo will be on an attack mode the instant they start their careers with Ferrari.

If Ferrari get it together with Lewis and Bonno Lewis will get the 8th title he should of got 3yr ago. Rules I'd never ! Herd before in following F1 since I was 5yr old and now 56yr old. No wonder the Aussie got sacked !!!

I predict Hamilton will not do well next year. He really hasn't done well since Verstappen beat him for the championship 4 years ago. I still think he's a top driver, but his teammate has been besting him recently, which means his age is slowing him down.
