I watched a video about his concern for a reporter that mentioned she had cancer while interviewing him. The way he kept focusing on her health rather than allowing her focus on what he'd done for cancer was a total class act. There's no way someone could pretend about that.
She’s disgusting! What if someone started asking her about her children? A genetic connection doesn’t mean much. To be dad, auntie, grandpa …it’s a name that’s earned by someone’s actions. It can’t be demanded. I always taught children that, nothing wrong with having 8 grandparents, a dad and step dad who both called dad…. Exactly when Peter asked if he could adapt Harvey he wanted to be part of the family and be a dad which has always maintained unlike dewait Yorke who is a huge loser he knew what he was doing as did Kate. But Pete has always been there for his kids never once waverd yet Kate price and her endless boyfriend's have been in and out of her kids life the damage that does to the kids and to Kate. What A Beautiful Human Being. A Man that walks into A single Mother's Life and not only loves Her but falls totally in love with Her Disabled Child is A Real Man who deserves applause and respect. I don't know if Dwight York has ever bothered with Harvey but I do know that not only Peter Andre but no Man would ask to adopt A Child who's Father is present emotionally, physically, mentally and financially. As for the Presenter, She seen how badly that hurt Peter Andre and still kept pushing. It should have been Dwight York who was sitting there being reduced to tears not A Gentleman who did everything for Harvey that His biological father should have done. That was disgraceful.

Peter is still Harvey’s dad. His dad is the person who played that role in his life, not some genetic connection that walked away. I’m sure if Harvey could communicate more he’d say Peter is his dad, not the loser who walked away. Of course I don’t know what communication he has, but I reckon if he was shown a picture of Peter & one of whatever his name was and asked to show who his dad is, he’d go for Peter every time.

She wanted to upset him and get that reaction. Fair play Mr. Andre, you showed a huge amount of dignity and you are willing to take responsibility for those children even though Mr Yorke will always be a failure in the fatherhood stakes.
Dwight has no place giving any opinion let alone saying it’s his kid when he wanted nothing to do with Harvey or Katie. All kudos to Pete. He’s a top guy, heart of gold. This interview was terrible on him. The presenter just sounds like she’s gaslighting him especially when she knows she’s emotionally triggered him and then wants to switch and talk about his tour! Sorry, it doesn’t work like that.
Years ago I was on the bang wagon for making fun of him as is the thing to do with memes on the net, but the more I've seen of his interviews and his reactions (the young reporter lady with cancer and others) the more I've grown to respect this guy. Genuine good man.
I live in Brighton and can say 12 years after this interview, Peter Andre is still in Harvey's life. I haven't seen them around so much lately but Harvey is growing up and is away at college etc. The reason no step father will take the place of Mr Andre in his children's lives is because he's very much present in a way Dwight Yorke never has been in Harvey's life.
I don't know Peter but from that snippet and other public views he comes across as a top and honourable man, someone who one would like in your family.
He seems like such a genuine guy, Dwight Yorke should be thanking him every day for how he’s brought up his kid. Just goes to show blood really isn’t thicker than water....

Burley has scored a real result there, she and her team would've been lapping that up after poor Peter left the studio, they are gutter press and despicable people.
Handled that very respectfully. If that was me I would be flipping tables, but instead he politely asked to stop and even apologies, which he didn’t have to do. Journalists need to learn that they are talking to a human being and not a headline topper for their pay check.
Rich coming from Dwight, Pete is a good man. My ex was like this, no thanks to the man who brought his kids up whilst he remained a drunk, just wanted to make sure he was still called Dad, he liked the title without any of the responsibility. It takes a special man to love another's children, that is worthy of respect, nothing else.
That wasn't journalism, that was a character crucifixion, I felt so sorry for Peter, where was the briefing, on his questions, this was on live TV, this is not how I would of conducted this interview. Hopefully mistakes were a lesson by which Sky News educated themselves by, and will not be repeated by the Sky news team! These are allegedly well educated people.

Peter Andre is a decent man and this stands as testimony to that. I have a stepdaughter who I raised until almost aged 6 and her father showed almost no interest in her. Louses that want to father children but won't step up to the responsibilities.
