Peter Crone’s mother passed when he was 7 and his father passed when he was 17. His resulting fear of loss, especially in relationships, was triggered by his first romantic relationship ending. Peter faced many sleepless nights worried about his future until one night he realized the answer to all his concerns was to be found in three words: I don’t know. In that instance, he realized that the nature of life is uncertainty. He went on to explore how the mind influences our lives through his work with professional athletes and sports teams, entertainers, and global organizations. Peter is a writer, speaker, and thought leader in human awakening and potential. Peter works with everyone from world-class athletes to stay-at-home parents to redesign the subconscious mind. We exist within limiting mental constructs that dictate our thoughts, feelings, actions, and the results we experience. Peter helps people and groups step outside of the world as they know it by identifying mental constructs that have been holding them back. Peter’s work explores the fundamental issues that affect us all to foster a deeper understanding of our common humanity. Peter is a writer, speaker, and thought leader in human awakening and potential.

This was an unexpected episode. We did not know we were going to dig in so deep today. Today on the show is Peter Crone. Peter specializes in revealing the limitless beliefs and subconscious narratives that dictate and shape our behavior, health, relationships, and performance. Omg, mindblown. I have the same exact story as you Danica thanks for this. My mum have no idea the abuse she put me through & she doen’t remember doing the things she did. She was treated exactly the same as her dad. I am trying really hard not to pass it on to my kids. I have a great husband too to support me. Peter Crone is great.🙏🏽

Danica’s A-HA moment is also mine, similar upbringing and wounds and much to unpack and assimilate still, very helpful, so articulate … will probably have to rewatch; thank you both for holding the space for others to process their own shadow and explain it so that it is relatable for others to come to the realization of where the “pain” comes from and what needs to be accepted, worked upon and released!

Just love how Peter works with everyone… just love your vulnerability Danica. Solidified a part in myself I had already worked through, in relation to my mothers part & how she just did the best she could with what she had. I am so in sync with Peters process & depth of comprehension & compassion. My own journey & awakening opened me up to the experiences of knowledge downloading in a similar manner Inner peace & personal happiness that comes with knowing accepting with compassion & loving the self is the most precious gift we can give to ourselves 💜

Hit me in my heart ❤️ She reminds me so much of me. Over achievement, I’ve had to have my own back my whole life. With well intentioned parents. It’s never our parents fault but our responsibility to transcend the cycle. I abandoned myself Danica and vowed to never do it to my children, and for that, it’s worth what I went through to not perpetuate the cycle. Best podcast I’ve ever heard with Peter, and I’ve listened to all of them.

I love you Danica, & I feel you. Omg, I had to pause, rewind and replay so many times. But especially towards the end. I had so much emotional release. Like the ugly cry and snot running. What you expressed was so similar to my past patterns. My dad was super harsh and my mom would stand by and not defend me or my siblings. But I've also come to terms that she was in no way aware of how else to be. Long story I released so much heaviness and cried along and I'm so grateful for you and for Peter Crone! Beautiful. Can really relate also in my experience. V healing. Would be wonderful over time if you could slow down & be more in the body as you are speaking Peter so that listening is easier & there's more presence between the words. @@DanicaPatrickI went back and had conversations with my inner child and told her all the things I would have done if I was her mother. I told that little girl that it (abuse) was not her fault and that I would have protected her. I would have listened to her, I would have shown her more affection and encouragement, etc etc. It was so healing. The little girl is always in us. Thank you for your podcast!
