This is what Jesus taught. Faith, forgiveness, charity, and grace. It's also the 4 pillars of yoga. Great work! Thanks for sharing your wisdom

I got a picture in my mind from Anger Management when Adam Sandler's character was asked "Who are you?" and he answered by saying what he does, so Jack Nicholson says "That's what you do not who you are" I loved that moment.

WOW! 34/35 minutes in..."ALL YOU'RE LEFT WITH IS I LOVE YOU AND LET'S PLAY" ...I literally spent my morning writing out thoughts to a friend ((Different than the one who had sent me this video)), on the importance of play! Experienced so much synchronicity just from watching this video. Thank you!

Mustard seeds of graceful goodness and mindful wisdom shared, thank you Jeff and Peter. I am enjoying how The Lord is beautifully whispering by my stumbling upon inspirational messages to share with others. I’ve been blessed to wear a sort of t-shirt in life that creates a space, a sense of comfort, a spirit of accessibility or an energy of awareness that draw passerby’s into an interest for deep conversations. Your podcast teaching is yet another tool of many that The Lord delivers as gift offerings that I can share with others to equip individuals to find healing. Thank you for the depth of your thought provoking works that you create and share. It is an inner gifting, steeped in goodwill that you consciously share to aid others by your reach as teachers of the mind, body, heart and soul. Be well, Be Blessed.... Gracias 🙂

The last minute and a half is one of the most beautiful and profound realizations I’ve had in years, watching his body language and facial expression change to this relief and at peace posture as Peter is talking was beautiful, and I felt it completely as all of what was talked about relates to my life, just a beautiful conversation and wisdom that has the potential to change lives, thank you so so much for sharing this incredible content it’s such a gift

Its interesting to notice the ongoing issues come to my own awareness….my cat just came outside 5 minutes after I put him inside due to my intolerance of neediness -I find it difficult to cope with needy ness,ironic considering lack of love and affection in my childhood as a literally unwanted child myself . My lack helped make me a loving father who played with his son every day and hug him tell him I love him daily I made sure he always knows I love him …I would often tell him no matter what good bad happy or sad I always love you -yet I still struggle to cope with attention seeking people and pets 😂. The depression is never far away though. I still struggle with the conflicting feelings of having a partner who’s interpretation of physical intimacy = sex .despite explaining many times this is not what it means . I don’t no how to cope with this lifetime.

Please ask yourself what thoughts empower you and to let go of those that weaken the real version of yourself.....each time a thought comes into your mind, accept only those that are good for you.....block any that say anything else!! This way your brain rewires itself!!

Peter, Grateful for your message. Delivered with wisdom. This helps to explain my father, a first generation & socially isolated in a community bubble due to simulation into the new country. He was an Great Father with his saying “Learn everything about everything” amount a few others. He was very knowledgeable, and did not catch onto people as a subject due to relegation to my mother. I now have many questions to ponder.

You guys might be interested in reading 'Mankind in Amnesia' by I Velikovsky. He suggests the underlying unease is actually humankind carrying the instinctual archetypal (and actual) collective memories/consciousness of past catastrophes, that almost wiped out the species at various stages of evolution....

What is NON ATTACHMENT? People often say... Who CARES.... but it actually not not to Care but it is not to Worry. Non attachment is to be at the center of the infinite balance of all the things happening in life. If you worry about a particular outcome, that means that you are sliding down the negative side of that balance and you will need more and more of a positive outcome to feel "happy" or even to be at a neutral position. What is to accept the "NEGATIVE" outcome : that don't means you are agreeing and resigning with that outcome... That simply means being in the center of the big balance together with the "negative" you are equally accepting the "positive" Peter says: if you accept the "bad" it won't happen , but he doesn't explain why??? BECAUSE the BAD will be extinguished by the GOOD. And because we are an infinite beings coming from a place of infinite loving and bliss , if you sit closer to the center of the balance, this is precise the energy and the field you are constantly receiving, ALWAYS. You just have to tune in to that field. Your mind (the space around you) is the bridge between your infinite ♾ SOUL and your limited BODY. Let your mind to be in tune with your soul and your body will automatically resonate in harmony with your TRUE NATURE ✨

The anxiety equation is such a beautiful example... meaning: Anxiety = powerlessness × uncertainty Ok lets decompose this... What is Powerlessness It is a negation of the self , if it is a negation it is by definition belonging to the ego (the little scared child in every one of us) What is uncertainty...? It is possibility it is infinite ♾ Can you control infinity...? You can try 😉 but spoiler alert it is exhausting and fruitless . Let's see now ,let's examine powerlessness ... is it true, is that you inherent state 🤔 NO it isn't! You are powerful, you are strong you are potential, you are space of infinite possibility collapsed in a limited body, but you have still potential energy. Let's see now the equation one more time. Anxiety = 0× ♾ .... what is that Anxiety is 0 that means Anxiety is actually SECURITY

We all feel like this sometimes, Emma. I hear you. But you are perfect; a lovely spirit having a human experience. Society programs us from birth to compare ourselves to others and makes us feel that we are not enough. Simply not true. 💜

To start with . no I was not wanted or loved. Mother had a child because that’s what everyone in her family was doing …..she had a child and didn’t like it nor want me -no emotional connection - father was an workaholic alcoholic- no emotional connection with a child . dose this concept apply to the dyslexia - and ADD with memory problems - in relation to the childhood experiences- the key memory for me is at the age of 5 sexual abused by a man living downstairs in the same apartment block at the time this first family breakup occurred .- from my bedroom I hear my mother screaming at dad while she smashed plates ect …..okay take your fu…k-n- son ….then she leaves. School stared then stopped at the same time. Is this stuff the point of my creation of the depression and learning difficulties. How can I change these things- I have been aware of these things and this point but I don’t seem to be able to clear the blockage. I understand those events aren’t my fault - I feel like I know and accept that - I’ve watched lots of Peters interviews while applying the concepts to myself . I have had a couple of brief feel good moments however they fade quickly. Not sure how to proceed . I get the label analogy-

You must be one of the rare souls who has never dealt with any of the human sufferings of anxiety etc. Please share your advice if this is so! Would make your comment more useful if you shared your techniques
@craig2493
@craig2493 3 года назад
@@clairejohnson7809 I've had plenty of experiences that would make you think that of me, but it's not the case. But let me say that good actors have learned to comfortably occupy the skin of people not themselves, and by that have developed the presence of mind to occupy themselves fully. Aren't we all different characters when we are in different social situations among different people? The best actors live honestly in the moment as a character whose situation they accept as their own. Actor training is available online, in classes, and in books. Best of everything to you, and I hope you get something from this.
