I'm in the US so had never heard of Peter Crouch, discovered him after becoming an Abbey fan (watching old BNTMs while recovering from surgery), now I watch just him on here as well as them together - ALWAYS makes me laugh, really cool yet humble person!

My work partner, Gass, knew Crouchy’s dad, who would bring Crouchy into the office from time to time. “My lad’s made the school team” ‘Don’t get your hopes up. He’ll never make a footballer’ “My lad’s been signed for Brentford” ‘ Don’t get your hopes up etc. Not a great talent spotter, Gass.
