How does he know where Eisenstein ever was? History doesn't exist, so Eisenstein didn't exist; he's just a coup de litterature.

Despite The Draughtsman’s Contract being a personal religion with me, a fantastic film, and I loved his other films, in the old days, when I was stoned, but god Peter Greenaway is pompous git, pontificating, opiniated and falling intellectually way short of his exalted opinion of himself.
