I think the Creep Squad is more than just a title for a group of men that are just creepy guys. It's just a title. The group itself consists of men that have been friends for years and had each other's back. Creep Squad is just a title, but the friendship within it is real. To kick someone out the squad means we are not friends anymore because you don't know how to be a friend. I think that is why Cisco got so upset because his friend turned his back on him, but he was kicked out the squad because you need to be a real friend first.
