Sounds like my body is similar to Ken’s. Especially when it comes to over training. Bjj is my jam, and when I over train I get the “Epstein bar” type symptoms, sick as hell etc. even now having 4 kids and being around germs, I have to be so careful not to over train or I’ll be out of commish for weeks. I feel you ken, you’re a beast man.

I think muscle cell type is my issue. I can do weights and have built up some muscle but when I do a class that his light weight and higher reps I cant keep up with people in the class even though I have more muscle than them

He’s on Peds. Anyone with experience of peds can see the signs. Several trainers/conches had said that his tendencies point to peds use. Hence the AMA FIM rarely tests foe peds anymore.
