A "Best" wash was chosen at each location, all washes under 1 year old at time of filming.
We understand that systems can be set up to accomplish different speeds, however all the washes you see here were from an independent consultant just showing up at location, picking equivalent washes ("Best" in this case), and filming.
HOW:
It is very important to understand that this is a WHOLE SYSTEM philosophy with patented technology. In short, the Petit machine accomplishes superior throughput, reliability, and cleaning in the following ways.
Two Arms:
An obvious feature doubling cleaning power alone.
High Speed Oscillating Spray Heads in EACH arm:
The speed of the oscillating spray heads wash each part of vehicle the at at least TWICE in each pass.
Narrow Degree Nozzles:
Narrowing the spray pattern allows for a tighter more focused wash, this allows for more pressure and cleaning power to contact the surface. Oscillation speed (above) allows for the narrower angle to be used.
Larger Opening Nozzles:
While the angle of spray pattern is more narrow, the opening and water droplet size is increased. This allows for a water droplet of much higher mass to impact the vehicle with more cleaning power.
2 Pumps:
Two Pumps allow for the rest of the system design to be optimized. At minimum increasing the speed by 50% while increasing the cleaning power upwards of 400%.
The above design also allows for less water (43 gpw compared to 70-80gpw).
All with no Tires, Belts, Pulleys, or Rotary Swivels...allowing for superior reliability.
