Petrified fish PF838,3.74" Black Stonewashed D2 Blade,166.6g Carbon fiber & G10 Handle Flipper Folding Knife a.co/d/5i2xdnO This is definitely a user abuser knife
If you're looking for a Petrified Fish knife that's around 3.5" , check out the Bunta . I have both , and really like both , but the Bunta gets more pocket time . It's got a sort of modified Warncliffe/spay point sorta profile that I really like . It's action and fit/finish are every bit as good , too. I got the green micarta , and it's some of the better Micarta I own , out of a couple of dozen . Incredible value . I just wish their Beluga/tanto weren't front flippers . I'd definitely own them too.
II have one of these. It is a bit on the heavy side but that really doesn't bother me. It's very well made and very comfortable in the hand. It's a big knife which is one of the reasons I bought it. I have 3 other knives from them, and I'm happy with all of them. The Victor and the Beluga are both outstanding knives that I highly recommend.
I mean it’s got seamless beautiful carbon fiber inlays. If this said to BV or Kaiser it would be $80 all day more likely it would be $100. Yes it’s big but guys like me enjoy these 3.75 3.5 is my minimum size except for the sodium or this I don’t know if it’s small knives I don’t get a bigger smile from
A bigger knife always fills the hand and honestly ya feel like a bad ass holding one buuuut I will say that in the limited time I’ve been using knives daily (4 years) I’ve learned to appreciate the smaller ones and prefer them for my current work. I work for Coca Cola and deal with a lot of plastic and cardboard and smaller knives are just easier to maneuver around sensitive and pressurized product.
Apparently petrified fish is due to heat treat is as good as at 30 5 PM just slightly less, that’s amazing. We know they want to get notice so anything in the past year will be freaking excellent just like Vivi was excellent a few years ago now they have a name knives are smaller corners are being cut Kaiser’s coming up Kaiser and petrified fish best tech, those two Macarons for $50 apiece, the velona is a 4”
I have that same one but I kind of think the satin blade maybe a better choice. I guess all my knives are black as you can get them but that one is still it's a work of art.
