I mean, when the turrets have the slowest traverse rate of all T10 cruisers (38.3s 180 turn time, or 4.7 deg/s), and you can't turn the hull to speed up traverse because you'd get clapped, you kind of need the 360 turrets. The next-slowest cruiser turrets at T10 are those on Puerto Rico with 5 deg/s, but PR has a thick-enough armor belt to shatter most cruiser AP until close range, and is basically uncittable even by battleships. You can turn her pretty much as you need to. Zao also has 5 deg/s traverse, but with her concealment she doesn't really need to turn her turrets much because you can ambush people, and she still turns a lot better than Petro even if she gets clapped just as badly when going broadside.

Unfortunately those turrets are slow as hell, you can most likely rush a petro and have them get off 1 shot at most, if at all.

@@derhasso6123 yamato still cant citadel petra from the nose even when hitting the upper nose. Not only have I tried, but I've tested. If I'm dead on 90°-90° best I can hope fro is pens. Of which he can heal and turn ever so slightly which will result in overpens and I'm sure I dont need to explain how little trouble yamato has when it comes to earning overpen ribbons

Maybe a .5 second reload nerf and change the rear turret to not have a 360 degree arc. You can't really touch the AP because the HE is utterly useless.

You can say Petro is a mini BB or another Moskva. It has strong bow armor and comfortable guns as you've seen in this video.

@@Tsnelo Have you looked at the Petro's icebreaker in the armor viewer? It's pretty much entirely underwater. As long as you don't aim at the waterline you will deal damage to it just like any other cruiser.
