When my precious 13 yo girl passed away Chewy gave me a refund on an unopened large bag of Hills prescription food. They suggested I donate it if possible. I had asked about returning it but no need. We live on social security so the refund was good and donating it was a wonderful idea. Then they sent a beautiful card and a lovely bouquet of flowers. I was so touched by the sympathy. It was such a hard thing. Now I have a cute little pug girl HoneyBun who has helped heal my heart. Good on Chewy providing pet beds.
How wonderful is that Chewy is donating to that cause and the volunteers doing what they do-kudos to all of them. Pug mama that was great getting the word out for maybe that didn’t know.
