in this video I as fitting the drivers sill and repairing the drivers floor that's also part of the inner sill I can say one thing it didn't go to plan 🤣🤣 but you can see all that went wrong here

Thanks for making such detailed videos of the sill repairs- I've got to rebuild the rear of my 205's nearside sill next week as it looked fine until I started poking at it with my finger and ended up being able to fit my fist through the outer sill. There wasn't much left of the inner around the jacking point strengthener either! Now I know what it all should look like before the outer sill goes on. Keep up the good work! 👍

Nice. If you need to spot weld with the welder. Drill about a 6mm hole, weld from the center out. Turn the welder up and the heat will give proper penetration and the weld will lay down. It takes some practice. If any of that makes any sense.

Yeah I definitely had like a 10mm hole to work with 🤣🤣
