Have this in storm grey 1.6 diesel and must say really underrated car, i love the design and the interior and driving wise its great espically driving at high speeds you always feel in control, disable or turn off traction control and it even drivers better, the best part hands down is the steering wheel, overall great car and really worthy investment!!
On spritmonitor, the fuel consomption on this car range form 5.84L to 8.98L with an average of 7.15L. Official figure says 4.5L, Peugeot own test cycle claim 7.1L on the 2008 (they have not tested the 208 with this engine yet). So yes, your over 10L seems very high.
I was expecting closer to 7.5L /100Km however most of my driving was in dense urban conditions which might account for part of the increased economy figures
Thanks for your compliment. I would suggest taking one for a test drive. Thanks to its high roof-line it ultimately offers impressive headroom and I dont believe you will have an issue even at a height of 6 foot 2 inches. Kind regards Jason
