@@parasnik1906 these early units fail even without visible damage, especially in cold weather, they will fail intermittently. its a well known fault, easy fixed by a lad in Wakefield called Magpie Auto, ive not been paid by them at all, they just helped me out .

I removed the fascia using a plastic windscreen scraper (with the rubber strip slid out) which gives a long rigid and thin plastic edge with corners to help the de latching.

Do you know the material of the screen? (the external touch screen surface I mean). there is a scratch and I want to remove it by a polish cream, but it is specific for plexiglass and not for polycarbonate. thx for any tip. bb
Hi Tony I have a Peugeot 208 2013 Software :Smeg 3.17.A.R3, CD 11913 Date 16.05.2013 , Bluetooth Soft:1.2.5 CD 11913 and Display sw 6.00 matrice 2. Theres no navigation coming up . Which software do i need to download to get navigation if at all that is possible
