Hey Guys, DVF Automotive for another video, today i took another car from my work and this is a Peugeot 3008 with the 1.6 Turbodiesel engine with 112bhp, in this video i do the first test drive to see if the car runs good and if everything works properly.
This car is very nice, comfy and smooth, a perfect everyday vehicle.

Got this car for 10 years (just sold it) but i really don't recommend it. The first years were great, but then i had almost every problem you can have with a car.

I have question about automatic transmission of this vehicule. When its changing the gear from D1 to D2 the feel of a little jerk is this normal in old model or does it need any reparation?

It’s a semi-automatic transmission which same as manual but it has ecu and electro-hydraulic system so it is normal

When you turned on the car, did you accelerate to move it forward or did the car itself move forward for you to further accelerate?

I don't think these engines auto roll / help roll. Drive or Reverse. I've drove a 508 same engine. It will only move when you're pressing the gas pedal.

@@Obarg1_ Sadly not nope. They don't creep. Its called creeping to help at very slow speeds & parking etc. Not a function in these :)

I bought this car 5 days back. In reverse and starting up, the car is not moving forward unless I accelerate. One of friend's automatic car does move forward and reverse. Is this a problem?

Does this type of semi automatic gearbox reliable as a standard (PRND) automatic? In my country there are more 3008 models with this gearbox, than manual ones... I honestly have a doubt with this kind of automatic (cca 2010 models). Thanks.

Between 2005 and 2015 most Peugeots were ugly as hell. Now the design language has improved very very much and the cars look more timeless and elegant like the old Peugeots for example the 205 or 206

My wife got 3008, what can I say, its absolutely terrible car, so huge but useless, everything inside made from cheap hard plastic, design is so simple, difficult to wash as it's big, big doors, big window, big windshield... Everything you touch in the interior is hard and just plastic. But wait... We got something (leather steering wheel)😂😂😂😂
