How you manage to talk about all that facts and figures whilst driving is impressive :D got to say you can see a lot of effort being put in behind the scene to come up with this review, great stuff
I bought a ex demo allure 1.2 pure tech in 2014, which has a turbo, which even though built for economy gives it a punch overtaking slow moving vehicles. The panoramic roof, ( which of course I didn’t pay for) is a bonus. Though does add weight. For me the manual 6 speed gearbox is smooth. 3 years later, I ve had no reliability problems.
I'm thinking about getting a 2015-16 308 1.6 Blue HDI Allure but have never owned a Peugeot. It'll have to be automatic transmission due to my injured foot. Still have your Peugeot and back it up? And does the panaramic roofing close for blocking intense sunlight?
I have a Peugeot 308 mark one 1.6 HDi S & only really buy good used cars. I certainly fancy getting one of the mark two's in 2020 or 2021 when I change my current 308.
Looking to buy a base model (Active) in the 97kW (130hp) petrol model, which is the only engine option available in Australia. A brilliant car to drive, the tiny steering wheel easy to get used to. I didn't play with the touchscreen, but a few extra buttons wouldn't have hurt.
@Jerry Rawlings Yes, the car mechanic told me that especially with this engine you have to keep the car valves clean and maintain the oil level. Then there will be no problem :)
@@Gavin_douglas Hi. I got a Peugeot 1,2 l purteck engine. How do you keep your car valves clean ? Also the timing belt runs in oil, so a good idea to have quality oil on this..

@@OsvUkVehicleSupply I looked at 308 for while and when I was told there no different in feline edition than the GT I decided to go for it gorgeous car whole glass roof and all the GT around my budget were 1.2 and 1.6 was very hard to come buy a 2.0 gt so when I saw the special edition feline I thought bingo
I only bought it because it was the only affordable car with torque converter automatic at the time (now there is focus). But car as a whole is really bad. Shaky 3 cyl motor and dodgy rear suspension makes me wonder how this car has passed any inhouse tests...
