Bought the2012 GT literally 3 weeks ago and have to say what a car 😀....it goes like a bullet same time it's comfortable and as a 6ft 4 fella I'm so happy with the comfort...would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, fast car... against the Audi TT I would choose the rcz but that's only my opinion... brilliant motor 👍
Great to see what our RCZs are capable as most will never be driver hard and will be driven like Miss Daisy. They need to stretch their legs and pushed
I bought a GT for my mum about nine years ago, she wasn't miss daisy but also wasn't a speed demon. She would every week say to me "can you exercise Pearl 😉 for me" (Pearl because it's pearlescent white) She has passed away and I just can't sell the car, I can't daily it because of my dogs but at the weekends Pearl has a nice sedate warm up on way to the bendy country lanes and then she gets to run free. I love her, great fun, great comfortable drive even when hustling along.
Watch it 4 times, first time admiring the iceman footwork, 2nd time admiring the iceman perfect race line, 3rd and 4th admiring the car sound. Thank you Sir.
@@YSKhongDriving haha..Nope. when cars and chicks came together, I'll definitely fell to the car part. By the way, I got attracted by the RCZ. On of my all time favorite. Going to get one soon.
@@TheSeejay35 bizarrely, I was in Aldi the other day and a white one was parked 2 cars away. Never seen on on the road in my life. I'd LOVE to see someone modified with a small block V8. It's an awesome looking car.
Agree with you sir, with great speed, comes great responsibility. The faster anyone drives (or ride motorbikes for that matter), the more defensive they have to be. This is for the benefit of other road users who are not part of your plan to drive fast. Unfortunately many still are fast without being defensive or respectful, or even know how to fully control their vehicles.
Peugeot has been well known for being fun, pleasurable and amazing to drive. I've driven one (508) and sat in quite many Pugs. I really feel the exhilaration. Handling exceptional. Comfort depends on the model. 508 is so comfy (handling very good too)
On the first videos. Uncle drove the Axia, later X70, now RCZ, later confirm drive Ferrari or Bugatti. Uncle you’re one of the best reviewers on the social platform right now
Very considerate speeding. Always on predicting what is ahead to ensure safety first. I believe due to you having passenger in, your drive mode is a little relax. If you alone could be much faster. Good video as this car is seldom getting any limelight in Malaysia. Nice.
It is the same with or without passengers. One must remember there is nothing to prove; just being careful. A couple of seconds longer is perfectly all right. As drivers, we have to drive with responsibility, and most importantly, Be In Control.
Hello Uncle and good day to you. I have been watching your channel since the day you reviewed the Mazda 6 2.2L. Coincidentally my cousin wanted to get that car and i was searching for reviews in youtube. Thank you so much for all those inputs on driving (especially on heel toe) .You have made my friends and me better safer drivers. I watch all your videos during lunch time in the office. I hope you continue producing great videos for us.
I did slow down, honest! Remember the black car that crossed? Yes, I scanned the intersection to see if there was another car, confirmed there was none, then accelerated, all in a split second. Have to be super alert at all times, even with pretty girl beside you in the passenger seat.
I had similar engine car, is one of the best handling car i ever had, it can go 100% as the spec said and the original brake is good enough, maybe my next car is RCZ...ooh yeah it always make me have big smile when i come out from the car every time
I am a fan of manual but no chance to drive one since my whole family is driving auto... would like to learn heel and toe + rev matching if i have chance
This comment is for the guys who are saying they were focused more on Jennifer than our uncle here. Come on guys a real driving enthusiast wouldn't say that. I watched the whole video too and I was more focused on uncle's footwork and changing of gears. I was more focused at how he dives into a corner and how he exits a corner. What a pleasure.
YS Khong Driving. Sorry for not putting it in English. It is a beautiful car, at the moment I have a 307cc and a 2008 Peugeot, but at some point I will buy an RCZ. Thank you very much for answering. excellent video. Like and I subscribe to the channel. I loved the black kitten on the side of the car. greetings from Mexico.
This Peugeot is a really nice and fun car to drive. Sadly i lost mine last year due to a major accident. Being Peugeot, unfortunately the resale value is really low and couldn’t cover my total repair costs. I miss my car 😓
Please include 0-100, maintenance cost, fuel consumption, advice for those interested buying second hand and compare with any other sport cars in term of handling.
Car and girlfriend, returned to owner. This is an owner test, not a car review. All done for fun. But you can ask the owner on our chat group. Join Telegram and look for YS Khong Driving.
Hahaha, got precious cargo ma! When sharing apex, must be careful - we have to predict possible trajectories of other cars, and it is always safer to under-estimate other drivers abilities than to take them for granted. It has always been like this, but good that you noticed; must have been that part where you can see my hesitation, both visually on speed and also on the foot cam. You can easily see it on the foot cam. Yes, it is true that there are some occasions where I could have gone a little faster and tighter, but it is better to be careful rather than sorry, hahaha.
