Ironically, the guy that was excluded from rewind... Is the same guy who saved Rewind 2018. This year ended on a sort of high. I reached 1.3k subs. Kavos started uploading a lot more frequently and RiceGum went back to his irrelevant days of reacting to other people’s vines/Tik Toks

I'm glad I finally am able I have some sort of response from Pokimane through this video, unfortunately she kind of dodges my situation in her DMs. The memeology video highlighted 2 scenarios. The guy who was making "Pokimane THICC" videos and me, who got my video taken down and had a strike put on my channel for using a 43 second clip from her twitter of her arguing with Keemstar. Her answer to the first scenario is fine and I actually agree with, but he fails to address my scenario. My video was NOT inappropriate or misleading and it still got taken down (not claimed, fully removed). at 9:57 she says a popular video will be claimed (not taken down) by her MCN and that's only because it stops her from profiting from the clip on her youtube channel. I'm 99.9% sure that she wouldn't use that twitter argument for her youtube channel with twitch highlights on it and even if she was going to use the clip, she could have contacted me about it instead of putting my channel in jeopardy by striking it. Even before you and memeology covered this, the situation got relatively big on twitter (Keem RTed it) and I even had her friend Sky Williams talk with me about it. I also have a 150k view and 2 month old video talking about it too, so it's hard for me to believe Poki is ignorant to my situation. EDIT: Talked with Pokimane in DMs and we've come to an understanding. She's knows she was in the wrong and now knows what videos she should and shouldn't strike. it was just a misunderstanding of fair use

I always wanted to be a RU-vidr like you kavos because back in the day RU-vid was mostly about uploading videos having fun and chilling out now it is mostly just about clickbait, fake beef and people just doing shit for clout and now RU-vid is just being exploited by celebs just to gain money to the millions they already have. RU-vid mostly isn't what it is used to be sadly.
