Thank you so much for the very clear tutorial. I have followed you for many years and have some wonderful jewellery thanks to you. Your voice is part of the household now 😀. X
After so many years, I finally made those earrings! Really love ur tutorial and techniques. I have been beading 2+ years now. From struggle even with finding the right size bead, needle, thread to challenging myself to make the necklace with fancy stones following ur channel made me grow so much! Thank you!
Some more fun practice using odd count peyote-and bonus*bonus* we have a pair of beautiful earrings at the end of our practice!! Luv it...Thanks, Stephanie, for sharing this lovely design with us.
Your videos and teaching are great. I like the way you make sure we can see what you are doing. I beaded many years ago and have recently gotten back into it. Thanks for everything!
You know, until your Crystal Empress tutorial I had always run away in fear from odd-count peyote. You taught me how simple it is, and a whole world is open to me now. Thank you thank you! This new tutorial looks delightful, too.
You can 🙏😊💕 It’s so much easier than it sounds! There are other ways to do the turnaround so if this one doesn’t work you can search on RU-vid for another. I like this traditional method 😉
As always something so delicate, made simple. Stunning project. I have always had difficult, but you showing us step-by-step, has made a shy away project, simple. Thank you for all your hard work.😀
I have those needle cases and I beaded them (three different colors, size 10, 11 & 12). Potomac Beads has a video showing how and I ordered everything through them. I even got the clear cabochons to put on the top so I could label each tube. It’s so fun - you’ll love it! Thank you for sharing this earring pattern! I love it!
Oh Stephanie, I love this set!! I love the pattern and I will definitely make the bracelet to match. The hard part now is deciding on the color of beads I want to use!! Thank you.❤️🌹
Thank you for such a great earring design. I have not tried peyote yet. This looks like it will be fun it is a small piece to do .Love that it is a quick project to have fun with. Thank you for sharing.
Hello Stephanie, I would like to make these as a bead cap for a beaded crochet rope, can you tell me how to make it with less beads in the biginning, 12 instead of 17?? Peyote stitch is rather difficult for me when it comes to using two colors. I would really appreciate your help. Thank you and best wishes from Argentina 🇦🇷!!!
As a professional...i suggest for Storage wise...leave needles in flat packs...being cute does not improve your beading...just your cost... If you have to use a tube...recycle a clear seed bead tube for your short and long needles. You can bead it and you save money. John Smith English needles being the best. Lady on eBay has great selection and value. I find transferring beads from tubes to small hobby bags is easier for storage and use. Opened one too many tubes to have beads go everywhere.
Love these! Thanks for sharing. The needle case is cool. Would you show a tutorial if you bead it? Would really like to see how that is done! Thanks for all the videos you do!
Love this bracelet Steph, especially in black and silver. Unfortunately I only have Iris brown and hematite gun, in delicas. But I think those two colors may actually look pretty good together. Or at least in my head they look pretty good. Jajaja. I'm definitely going to make this bracelet. I've actually been hooked on making your necklace, that's like circles. I know you have a title for them but my brain is still half asleep. Lol. With the bicones surrounding the pearls and seed beads and then the chain dangling from the circle. Jajaja. Anyway, and they come out so damn pretty. I made my first one in a turquoise blue and gold, I wore it to a friend's house and they both thought I bought it and they didn't want to believe I made it until my husband was like yes he made it in one day because he wanted to wear it for tonight. Lol. They were like, I don't understand why you don't sell these things you make. Idk, I just don't have that same energy I use to back in the day. Now I make them just for me. People always want everything free and I think that's was discouraged me from making and selling my items. They always love it to death and ask how much and when you give a price, they look at you like you have three heads with eight horns. Like ummm hello, I'm spending my money on the beads, as well as the strings, metals, and not to mention the time it takes. I'm sure you've had these same issues with certain people. I feel like every one of us beaders have. Lol. They love our talent but always want everything given to them. Now I only gift them but hardly. Anyway, I'll quit talking your ears off. Jajaja. Just something to distract you a bit. Thanks for another absolutely beautiful piece. Pieces actually. You've been keeping us busy all summer. Thankfully. Can't wait to see all the other stuff you've got cooking up in that talented mind of yours.
Hi I have a question please and thank you. If I wanted to do a peyote stitch tube that has a 6 bead circumference and needed to be 5" long how would I go about doing this? I hope you can explain it to me I watch your videos and I like how you explain things ☺️🙂
You would probably need to do it with tubular peyote stitch not zipping a flat peyote stitch into a tube. I don’t have a tutorial on tubular peyote yet but there is one coming in the future. You could search for one if you need it soon 🌻
this is a great pattern. thanks for your (always GREAT) tutorials. do you plan to have a tutorial on how to finish off the bracelet? I have started mine & would appreciate your expertise on ending off/adding clasp.
@@BronzeponyBeadedJewelry You are awesome Stephanie!! Hands down, I have more of your tutorials that I refer to than ALL other RU-vid presenters combined. You are thorough, provide great tips, and give all the details needed to be successful, and have a great eye for color combinations. thanks for your generous time and talent. Namaste
Love this video. Made a gorgeous pair already. However, first two rows would have been so much easier using Deb Moffett Halls peyote starter strip. I use these all the time and honestly never do it the other way...
Thank you 🙏 I love the shortcut starter peyote. However, I think it’s always nice to learn the original way so you have knowledge of all techniques in your repertoire 😊
Stephanie. I have beaded soooo many of your designs. It is permissible to sell my projects giving you credit for the design? I’m at the point of not knowing what to do with them all....... Thank you for all the know, edge that you share especially during these times of seclusion
Thank you! Here is a link to the ring. Check out my complete ring playlist on my channelru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-nWlMrl2Zd-U.html
Four years ago you showed how to do a pondo stitch and you were working on a diamond duo component and said you were going to do a video on it once you got it done....but I never saw the video. Did I miss it?
Hey Stephanie, thanks for 2 lovely projects. What clasp do you recommend for the bracelet? I guess a slide clasp could work? I have some vertical loop tube clasps, too but I'm just unsure. Thank you!
Hi! This is a great pattern. I'm wondering if anyone could recommend a blue that would be close to a blue jeans color. I don't have any store near me to browse. Thanks!
Here is a link to the Eureka Crystal beads Blue Delica page. Many of these colors will go with blue jeans! You can go to any bead website and search for blue delicas. www.eurekacrystalbeads.com/miyuki-delica-seed-beads/?_bc_fsnf=1&Color+Family=Blue
Potomac Beads has a great tutorial on youtube for a beaded needle case covering an empty bead tube. Check it out. I hope it's ok to mention this since you get their bead box.
I wish you would zoom closer to the project when you are working. Often you are off screen or just too far from it to follow closely. I love your work just wish it were easier to see. Some of us have old eyes. 😀
So sorry Danielle ! I make it a point to stay in frame these days so I’m not sure where I went off🤷♀️ I zoomed as close as I could given there are written instructions on the screen. My reading glasses help me enormously as does my magnifying lamp. I , too, have older eyes 😊
Me too! I found these (peyote starter cards) which were a game changer for me. They are amazingly easy to learn and takes the frustration out of the first few rows. Love them. amzn.to/3kQblDy
