From Peyton's Places Season 1 Episode 5, 2019. Raymond Berry, Antonio Brown and Jerry Rice explain the evolution of the wide receiver. #peytonmanning #nfl #football #jerryrice #antoniobrown #raymondberry
@@Sophinia-tz6rfif Allah says I should only worship him and that he's the only god, then he is obviously lying and there's gotta be thousands of similarly powerful gods. The only entity that benefits from me accepting Allah as possessing peerless power is Allah. Obvious scam.
First a dog murderer on the Manningcast. And now a guy who abandoned his team and was arrested for not paying child support. Too bad Aaron Hernandez isn’t available as he’d be next. Come on Mannings. There are a gazillion good people out there.
AB got kicked out of college before ever taking a snap for fighting a security guard. He was never soft spoken, polite, or humble, he's always been an animal people just ignored it.
You can thank burificuunt for that KO cheap shot on AB... He was really never the same after, though he still had the skills / talent... IF I were to hit someone like that off the field, I'd likely be charged with attempted murder with that A/B hit... I love the 80's and earlish smash playing back then... NOT in the game today... Players like AB really were not expecting it... GLAD Payton brought him on the show..
@@frisk151 people saying "it was the burfict hit!" aren't doing anyone in the CTE arena in favors. That's not how CTE works, and that one hit didn't alter ABs personality. He was a POS before that. The timeline simply continued
@@morefour4facts! AB was trouble way before all this. I like how everyone blames Vontez But many players have been hit like that and hit harder. If anything AB has some major untreated multi personality disorder. Just like Brandon Marshall
Really enjoyed the Raymond Berry part...dude was a 20th round draft Pick and is on the NFL 100 Team...Unitas was a 9th round draft pick and even cut by the Steelers....I could watch them 2 all day...their commitment to practicing after practice was over, is how they became All-Time Greats at their respective positions and became Champions.
I think CTE is a primary factor in explaining his rapid shift in behavior, but no matter what it doesn't excuse or justify what he's done. Overall just a sad situation to see such a talented player throw their career away.
Money!! Not only changes people but increases their personality whether is positive or negative. You wanna know who someone really is and about make them filthy rich and only time will tell 💯
love how peyton ties in the historic context paying homage to those that came before. paying respect to the generations that paved the way is what our society lacks more and more
Pretty remarkable for Jerry rice to still hold records in so many receiving categories including yards and TDs 20 years after he retired, especially with how much the passing game has changed since then. The GOAT!
He played an exceptionally long career and not many WRs get to play with the likes of Joe Montana and Steve Young as their QB for 21 years. Also the league, teams, and concussion protocol doesn't let guys play through minor injuries and big hits like they used to, resulting in current players missing more playing time. Even though today's league is more passer friendly, it will still require a perfect storm of sorts to break some records from eras past.
Peyton, you're still the best in my opinion, brother! I drove to Indianapolis so many times to watch you play, and I lived in West Texas when you went to Denver, wish I could have been there to experience that. It's so good to see you still throwing the ball. Best of the best. Take care, thanks for posting!
Hey honest question,Why do you consider Peyton the best? his accuracy, class act, proffesionalism? what would you say separates himself from say Joe Montana or Tom Brady?
@marcogil6665 The size of Peyton's head separates him from other quarterbacks. There is a lot more room for remembering plays and audibles with that large of a noggin.
Peyton "Hey I got legend Raymond Berry down here to coach us on some routes, wanna play?" AB "Yeah let me just throw on my matching Supreme Blood & Seman sweat suit"
I love AB but I just don’t see enough comments about Jerry Rice. Being 24 I never got to watch him live but watching all his highlights growing up, he was arguably the greatest WR all time. Wish great health to all these legends.
I would have loved to see AB on the Broncos in 2013 with Peyton when was throwing to Eric Decker, Wes Welker, Demaryius Thomas and Julius Thomas. Adding AB to the mix would have been lethal!
I would have to disagree. Pretty sure he would have screwed up the whole culture like he has everywhere he has been. They had a magic formula working, record touchdowns, and didn't need that extra static or ego. Now if the man could have kept himself in check, and maybe he could have back then, it indeed would have been a lethal combo
@dreichert1438 That's a good point and a very realistic possibility. It's such a shame because AB was so talented and one of the hardest workers. He had all the tools to be one of the greatest receivers of all time if he could have just held it together mentally.
@@Dev-qs7ss That's what I think when I look at a guy like that. I've had enough times in my life I couldn't get out of my own way that I wouldn't have screwed up that sort of opportunity like that. Try to keep my garbage to my self if you know what I mean. And you're absolutely correct, you could have been one of the best ever. Also would have loved to see what Le'Veon Bell could have done had he not went with that flow. Too incredible players who thought the opportunities would just keep on coming. But the window is so small in that profession, not to mention that the physical limitations as we get older
This was AB before the hit that really messed him up. Lot of folks forget he was once a well-loved player with the world at his fingertips and a great attitude and head on his shoulders.
Lol . His money got him this way. Tomlin had been keeping him in check along time. He was great. But as soon as he got big money , his true nature showed. His ego was the problem
My God, as a 50+ year Steelers fanatic, it’s hard to describe how much I miss AB during his heyday!! Big Ben as well!! I think most of us fans got so accustomed to them always being there and always making huge plays that we took them for granted!!
Glad to see Payton brought AB out... Despite all of his antics and what I think Burfuuukt personally CTE'd Antonio, he was an exceptional football player... Oh, then there was that Jerry Rice guy... HAHA. He went so nice on Payton... IF that path / hill isn't named Rice Hill, that is messed up.. Rice is one of the true gentleman of the sport.. Never let all the hype push him over any edge... Great video... Thanks!
Had the pleasure of seeing Peyton play as we were both at UT at the same time. I can't imagine hiking up a trail and running into him and Jerry Rice! What is real that would be to meet two of the best to ever do it
Yaaassss! That one handed pass caught in the endzone! You know the one. Antonio has a boatload of crazily caught passes though! And Jerry Rice? What a phenomenon! Yes, as a 38 year Denver Bronco fan from a Texas twin city (Rod Smith land), I had to sit through that tearful Super Bowl! But hey, I've never abandoned my team. That is NOT what a true fan does! Thank you Peyton, for all your years of wonderfulness on the field. ❤ Still getting me a Peyton jersey one of these days! Bought an official Elway jersey, however it looks like a dress on me. 👀😂
AB was outstanding but I think that Burfict hit started a rapid decline in his behavior. CTE can definitely explain the shift in him, but it doesn't excuse or justify it. Overall just a sad situation to see such an outstanding player constantly throw away their career time and time again.
@@AstroLonghorn I thought the same but ryan clark made it known AB was just as much of a diva and giant AH behind the scenes in pittsburgh but it was kept under wraps a lot better. When he left, none of the other coaches put up with his BS the way tomlin did for all that time. Gruden, belichick, arians. I mean which one of them do you think would act like his homie the same way tomlin would? They're all old school "my way or the highway" types. When he didn't have people kissing his ass in football thats when he started getting in actual legal trouble. Still ya never know. He could of got his headcase put in overdrive.
Great point ! 40 yard dash is measured one time now. Can you run that same 40 time every single route… Jerry Rice might’ve run a 4.6 but he also ended the game at a 4.6
I wish Antonio Brown continued being polite and likable. I just saw an interview with Jerry Rice's son, who caught 45 balls 12 for TDs playing for USC. He is entering this year's draft. He looks almost identical to Jerry but bigger. When you look at their faces, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
When a legend meets the greatest. What a sight, we are lucky to have this. Thanks Omaha. Edit... Mr. Brown just showed up.... soo.. When the Greatest meets the best that throws to a BEAST . wow... Thanks again Omaha EDIT EDIT,. Omaha RICE?! REALLY?! .. well.. im just done.. well done bois,,,
