They need to implement the full 52 tournament schedule and have attributes that are dynamic and increase or decrease depending on how you perform and reflective of your physical being.

yeah I miss the old Tiger games. 2003 was when it got fire an I was hooked. Remember being able to play as all the old legends, Plamer & Nicholas an way more… an the swings were even different in some games, like Jim Furyk’s. Idk why they stopped doing awesome things that would be so good with today’s tech.
I just got back into gaming an grabbed 2k21 on Steam when it went on sale last year…was so disappointed that you could only play as just your own custom character…The game play was pretty good, few weird changes imo but it’s quality. Just felt kinda bare bones, like it’s PGA, it should have PGA players to use…idk
I don't care about all the sidebar fluff in 23, I just want to play the game as my own player and I don't care to play with hotdogs putter, a flamingo hat or a gold rinstone studed glove. I just want to know if they have fixed the long list of game play. Example, the handicap system, the player statistics, the in-game leaderboard etc.
The fact you cannot sit down and play with your friend in the same room and both log into your own profiles is terrible. After the first log in, player 2 is simply a 'Guest', and cannot see their name, profile, or receive any achievements. This was something we could do in golf games back in the Xbox 360 days, but can't do today. So I'll be boycotting this trash as a result.
@@austinsowers5836 No, you can only 'rename' the guest in 2K21, but CANNOT log in 2 profiles at the same time. It's been that way with golf games now for a long time. Not sure if we've ever had the feature since the Xbox 360 Days...

2 years later and only 3 new courses? I feel like the game will be fun at first but will quickly start to feel like 2k21 again. Sure Top Golf is a cool game mode. Other than some very slight improvement with graphics and playing as Pros, the game doesn't seem like much as an improvement. Is it worth $70? No, but I'll stay optimistic for the future when/if they add more courses.
Overall, I really enjoy playing this game, but there is room for improvement. The most frustrating part is the swing when NOT using the 3-click method. There are many times where I swing exactly the same way as I did previously, and yet the ball will have a heavy hook on it, and the swing meter will say I was slow. They need ti improve the calibration portion of the game so it shows in more details exactly what you're doing wrong in the swing. Also, having better commentaries would be nice, instead of the same old stuff being said over and over and over again. Then there are parts of it that are so confusing and poorly documented that I don't even bother getting dealing with it.
What I have seen is that the in game commentary so lame. Old school tiger had great commentators. What are they paying this guy like $50. Great vid dude

only 11 playable pros lol !!! only three new courses ??? top golf addition is nice no doubt but still . Biggest draw they have are Woods & Jordan (as preorder only) of course with 2K expansion packs will offer you more golfers down the line. I would play it but not for the $69.99 price tag on next gen. Other editions are not worth the price tag either .
They're literally thousands of designer courses from people whose courses are better than the stock courses in the game. You can play almost any course you can think of, for someone has already designed it on the game.

If the online play is anything like 2k21 it will be awesome! Loads of different online match options 1v1 2v2 divot derby etc. This will for sure feature all those options and probably more
I loved 2k22 and the swing interface and then i bought this expecting the same quality game and the swing interface in this game is effing horrible, I was crushed and havent played it since i bought it. What a freaking bummer, man.
I still can't believe the last game didn't allow players to play as PRO's....and that was a couple years ago! and 2K 21 was not a terrible game. this one should be GREAT. Looking forward to it. Please, please be GOOD!
While I agree they should have added pros in 21, this game was developed by a Canadian company that created The Golf Club. The number one feature was to be yourself in that game. I bet most will play as their own character in 23's offering. Golf is the one sports video games that being yourself is somewhat realistic and true golfers really appreciate.

This game was so bad I got a refund. I loved the Rory Mckilroy version. But all the 2k stuff is so awful. Totally glitchy/crashy. Swing mechanics only worked 75% of the time. Seriously mediocre from the devs. It’s a shame, considering it’s a visual delight. But yeah, only playable 50-75% of the time.
Yeah, it would be nice if they incorporated more commentaries, and maybe a bit more AI so the comments make more sense. Several times I'll drive the ball onto the green from the tee box, and the commentator will say "nice layup". Also, several times I'll be chipping onto the green for a birdie, and he'll say "now chipping for par". But overall, I do enjoy playing it.

Guys! Vr is for the masses now. Quest 2 at 400 or less and going on sale for the holidays. Don’t buy the cheap golf game’s for 15, just get golf+ for 30 and you will be more satisfied than any time you play a these games.
Last time I tried to play this game years ago the swing mechanics was ass. Hope they got a better more simpler swing mechanic like the EA use to have it
THREE CLICK SWING.. JUST WHAT WE ALL WANTED. Fresh from the 90's, cannot be serious. Yeah you can use anologue stick but the opponent can just be a scrub a click one button 3 times.. And be REWARDED apparently, as the 3 click shit is more precise. Killed the game before its out- HB Studios are the absolute worst- I got lucky last year managed to get a refund cause that game was the usual unplayable trash.
As a golfing fiend, love my 2K21! If I'm only getting 3 new courses, ya gotta give me something else new or I'll just wait until price drops (BTW-I really DO like the new Pro's added to it for both men/women & gear, that's VERY cool. Just not enough for me cough up 60 bones)
Same. I figure I’ll keep any eye on IsThereAnyDeal and look for a 30-50% sale sometime in the next couple months. I have a good 400hrs in 2k21 but I’d bet 2/3 of that running courses that are made by other players or in online leagues. So actually super bummed that we have so few new courses. Really would have expected 5+ more courses per game at least. Granted devs know that we’ll make as many courses as needed to fill in their gaps so I shouldn’t be surprised. Just would have thought that we see at least 1 or 2 from the super courses like Andrews, Augusta, Pebble, etc.
I feel the same. Not enough new content and differences to warrant this price tag. I think I’ll stick with 2K21 for the time being. Also keeping an eye out on the new PGA Tour game next year.

I got this even though I had the 2021 for these reasons. Tiger Woods has a hand in it. Last TW games were fun. new gear. Bummer that Pebble Beach isn't on there, but hoping with the exposure of TW that players will create a reproduction that is well rated. $60 is steep, but paying $30 a year (estimated 2 years of entertainment) isn't bad.
Thanks for the tutorial! I'm having the following issue w/the game playing in Pro mode. I can't unlock tier #2 although I've repeatedly beaten handily each of the 3 rivals in tier #1. What I'm I missing? Is there a difficulty or other setting I may have missed? At one point when I opened the game up via STEAM, it was like I hadn't played the game. All my fittings gone! I notice too that my last name no longer appeared on the back of the caddie, instead "Pro Golfer". Thanks for any assistance!
F.. old days, but still.. In EA Masters Tiger Woods PGA Tour 12 when it still was in EA online gameserver, best thing was that hit challenge, when any player can save to EA online server his best hit and set conditions to pass challenge, But again in same game had bad problem in 9 hole challenge,when ball stop near flag for easy putt, after short video, hole change place atleast 30 feet. That game is good, nevermind if ordiens not look so real
Anyone else experiencing a bug in Mycareer where you can’t play more than one round in an event? Also when it takes you to Round two, it whips your score and you start back at E. Paid $99 for this and the game is broken
When eas golf game comes out all four majors are exclusive to ea including the major's golf courses that they will be played on iam happy that Augusta is making it's return to ea golf game 🙂
No good courses at all really- We've all played the TPC's a thousand times. St Andrews, Bay Hill, Pebble Beach, Augusta, Whistling Straits, Troon, Carnoustie, you name it they're not there.
Hopefully career mode is much better. I hate how it poorly the last one was in terms of keeping stats, etc. Would like to see it emulate MLB Road to the Show
