I think it would be nice if the character that's going to fall off got a colour change or something, because they fall out so fast, it is hard to see who just fell off.

But if u take from characters wise. Kamui, Sophia n Changwho are the oldest character without new frames for idk how long 😅. As for Rosetta, she at least serve as the longest meta unit.

I once said this on a video about CA vs Stigmata for WZ : "As a CA main, I don't mind CA is weaker than Stigmata. What I DO MIND is the gap between them." It's business and I get that you can't sell a character with the same role and it's weaker than their predecessor. Still, I think it isn't fair if you have to spend multiple times the resources for a character that allegedly have the same "S-rank" and role. In this context, CA needs to be max rank (SSS+) + sig to defeat an SS3 stigmata + sig. Even then, CA win with approximately 10k difference in points. Don't get me started on Ember vs Hyperreal..... It does make sense why most gacha games didn't care about this gap. It requires a lot of time to analyze and limits new characters capabilities. If you are making a new character with their predecessor as the base then it is not exactly a new character is it? Hence, I respect PGR's leap system to buff older characters. As a Global 1st-gen main, it's nice to see Pulse and CA in a new light. Although it requires a lot of resources, it's technically free since you don't have to spend premium currencies. That being said, even PGR can't escape the fact that closing this gap is not that efficient. If you haven't notice, 4 recent leaps (Garnet, Empyrea, Scire, and leaked Stigmata) are all characters that is still in the current meta. This shows that leaping old non-meta character, although gives good PR, is wasting resources. Why would you work on something that almost nobody will use?

Screw meta, I'm just sad that once characters are out of meta the characters doesn't get a new skin. Which is terrible since Nanami had none SFX coating at all.

Do it again with uns. SSS Tempest was meta for both WZ and PPC for a long time. SSS Roland was better than ember in WZ. S+ Pulao was meta 2 patches after Lumi leap. S+ Haicma was better than Plume in crowded WZ until Shukra patch.
