You've got to hand it to our own Philippine Coast Guard for showing some serious guts out there. They were determined to assert their presence in our own EEZ, standing firm against the Chinese Coast Guard. Their vessel didn't even flinch, sailing on despite the collision. Meanwhile, the Chinese ships seemed to hit the brakes pretty quick, (0:25) almost like they weren't expecting such resistance. It's like watching a high-stakes game of Chinese chicken out there on the water. It's a clear sign that we the Filipinos isn't backing down from protecting what's rightfully ours, while the Chinese might have underestimated their resolve.

Pass a resolution in the Senate and congress that aggressive actions from other countries Navy's and Coast guard's in Philippine waters will be seen as a act of war toward the Philippines and will be met with the full might of the military. Pass this into law . Announce it to the word and putting everyone on notice that 72 hour's after the passing of this law the Philippines will defend it's territorial waters by any and all means. Peace doesn't mean being bullied at will. China has sovereignty over these islands even before the establishment of the Philippines as a country.
