They made very good use of the space, and it's very well designed, But it's so particular style & individual in function, definitely not a space for most.
It has a boutique hotel feel about it. Very sophisticated and everything fits together across the entire unit in terms of style and presentation with consistent choice of material that complement each other as it flows throughout the space.
And the one eating area-that nook-us incredibly clumsy. Let’s all gather round the awkwardly placed pillar, everyone! Meanwhile, there’s no proper dining table for a nice meal with a few guests. Similarly, the bedroom is very luxe yet cramped. Between the foot of the bed and the wall looked like an 8” passage. Overall it’s a bachelor apartment overstuffed with nice finishes.
