Join us as we stay at Hotel Charles Lindbergh, an INCREDIBLE steampunk and industrial themed hotel located at Phantasialand in Germany. This heavily themed hotel is located right in the heart of the themed area of Rookburgh, the the world's only launched flying roller coaster that interacts with the hotel!
In this video we take you on a full tour of Hotel Charles Lindbergh including a look inside our cabin. We take a look around the reception area, restaurant and bar, along with taking you onto some of the balconies that offer amazing views of Rookburgh and the spectacular F.L.Y. roller coaster!

If you want honestly about the logo, I feel the old one looked more professional and stylish, new one looks more like something a kids channel may have But that aside the hotel looks insane and that view from the viewing point, wow...

I'm personally not keen on the logo, maybe outlines would have been better than features of yourself and Charlotte, a globe still in the background would have been a nice touch. I just think it looks a bit too cartoon-y, I personally wouldn't want any merch with it on Hotel is awesome!

I went to Phantasialand in the early 80s, while I was stationed in Germany. It was ok then, but, wow! Now it looks fantastic! I believe they were trying for Disney-like themeing at the time, but missed the mark. I would love to be able to go there now. The coasters look amazing!

This new retro / industrial hotel looks amasing ! I love the cabins, it reminds me travels by train, à la Orient Express 😄 Journals are good souvenirs to keep. I really like the bar area too with its intimate atmosphere. Must taste the restaurant 😍

as soon as i get a car i am going on a trip here. This has my jaw on the floor how incredibly themed this is. The walkways OVER the coaster, the views being literally NEXT to the coaster... What more could you want?!

I retract my statement... its like £266 single person cabin for a night Sunday-Thursday. Friday - Saturday is £301... for 2 people, Sun-Thur is £360. Fri-Sat is £405. But obviously you get all the Perks listed in the video :) tho gotta save a bit of money.. Transportation wise to Germany.. I cant imagine the price of that lmaooo.

Hi shawn and Charlotte Wow what an amazing place so cool love it. Actually in among the coaster just amazing. My only critic would be i may feel a bit closterphobic in the cabin with there being no window in the main room . But the themeing is stunning I really wish we in the uk could do themeing like this. I love your new logo and how your reinventing your channel . I will be sad not to see Brett any more . But I completely understand why you have made the changes you have . Amazing hotel! Even with the quite smal cabins, but you dont really need much more. You are not in a theme park to stay in a hotel room. I love how they have made the hotel not just a part of the area, but a part of the main ride. And with cabin themselves being themed like (steampunk) airplane (i would say airship) cabins makes the experience complete.

That 'window' in the bathroom is so bizarre! A giant gapping hole onto the walkway and park itself from the most discrete area of any hotel room 😂 Would have been a good idea to put some glass there I reckon. Thanks for showing us around! 25:30 Fun fact: the pool table stands on a plateau (raised up part) and right under the plateau is the part where they keep the trains when there not on the track ( forgot the name). They can remove the plateau and open the roof so they can replace the train.

Great video of the room tour. I think updating the logo was a good idea and represents the channel better now with you and Charlotte on it. However I think it is the font that lets it down a little somehow? Maybe a mini goat on the coaster front would be nice?

Loved video and love hotel theming. Need more immersive theming on this level 100% in the UK. Would love to see a coaster this size with different layout or different coaster type in UK Theme Parks. One theme that would ideal for these types of coasters is Top Gun. I would love to see a hotel, area and coaster themed around Top Gun and meaning both films Maverick and original. Think it would be epic or themed around Dragons? Maybe from the movie Reign of Fire? Or Game of Thrones? Or Avatar? Loads of examples, but one of these would be epic especially if built in the UK? But anyways, enjoyed this review, vlog. Just going to watch Phantasialand 2022 Vlog, comment on that. Cheers. 😀👍

Love your videos! Just want to say that I'm not a huge fan of the logo on a practical basis. While I completely get the rebrand and I appreciate how it reflects the amazing channel you both run, I say with experience that it's just too busy and when it's small, it's hard to work out what it is - perhaps a middle ground between this and your old logo would be a good idea. Huge respect for you though and keep up the amazing work!
