Saw Phantogram live on Sept 8th 2011 (just days before this performance) in Portland, Oregon @ the DougFir lounge. Really very Raw and Powerful music to witness. It Hits you hard live. Made my hairs stand-on-end. And Still makes my skin crawl (in a good way) every time I hear it. "Eyelid Movies" is a fantastic album. Buy it (dont copy or share). Support the artist.

"the name of the group says it all. A phantogram is a form of optical illusion, and so are the lyrics to this song. When the singer says ''Lucy'' it means ''Lucifer''. The song is a battle of whether she decides whose side is she in. Is she underground, in the flames, is she in deep with the dark side? Or is she in the middle...just putting testing the waters. Although at the end she says, ''I would rather die, than be with you''" i got this quote online but im starting to have doubts about it
