Liquid cooled Malaguti is gonna be a beast! Looking forward to it! I'd save that other motor for another build, the tandem is fun, but it's already a janky, scary deathtrap!

Nice F12 dude, i still own my F15 Firefox, i run a custom xsh modified malossi mhr team 7t cylinder on that thing in combination with a yasuni C21 Pipe and a keihin 28mm carb, that thing rip's its insane...

I don't know if you can get them in America, but a Yasuni C21 would go perfectly with this cylinder and setup! Maybe even a Stage6 pipe - an R1200 would be for better low and mid end performance, but R1400 is better in high rpm and has better top speed. Maybe an Inner rotor ignition, Italkit Selettra or Stage6 R/T 😇 good job on it anyway, proud to see these in other continents 🎉❤

There is a special way to taking of your starter motor without splitting the cases there is a special hole in the smallee case you can fit an allon key thru it and loossen the bolt

I would recommend a Yasuni c21 or Stage6 R1200 on that cylinder

You should try and find a aprillia sr50r carb from 2007 they are very good tuning platform i got one of my own and only got a stage6 replica pipe air filter and some cvt tuning and it got power wheelies and top speed is like 70kmh with stock pipe and like 80-90kmh with pipe and it got a very nice gearing almost like aerox gearing

Greetings from Latvia. I see that in f12 you have malossi rhq crankshaft!? That mk2 racing cylinder is quite powerfull and i suggest to leave that malossi crank in f12 its much stronger for the rpms witch racing cylinder will provide to you. And new stage6 hpc use to your jog build. Here we tune a lot those scooters and stage6 hpc is not a strong crank. Best exhaust for F12 will be yasuni c21 or stage6 r1400 to get max potential out off it. And 28mm carb is on point for this cylinder.

would highly recommend an innerrotor ignition if you did not already plan on installing one. when you modify scooters this much the original can hardly keep up and also when youre gonna watercool it might as well go all out right :) either italkit or stage 6 rt innerrotor. Highly recommended

to my knowing the ideal pipe for a 70cc is a c20 instead of c16 c20 is maybe a bit overkill but the c16 is a bottle neck

with the mk2 racing i would put atleast 24mm carburator for more power. with the 21mm it works but bigger would be much better

The S6 R1400 would be the perfect exhaust, im running it too on my minarelli s6 Racing MK1 pushing 20 Hp. About your rear breake issue watch the video of the youtuber "Lilo Scooter Performance" he got a perfect video about the conversion for drum breake motors

I added 250mm front disc on my malaguti it's brutal also I am running front tire 130 70 12 62p and front fender won't fit u need to cut it a little bit also running rear 140 70 12 65p with no rubbing

you gotta buy a Yasuni c21, i have the c16 on athena big bore 70cc AC, and the c16 is to small for that cylinder even

you gotta get a polini cp 24/26mm, that 21mm is too small for that watercooled build.

if you wanna keep the yasuni theme the c21 is an exellent choice for that kit. otherwise stage6 has a pipe called hthe r1400 witch is made to work in tandem with that kit

Hey! im from Latvia and here my friend runs a simmilar setup but using RT Intake keihin 24pwk carb, italkit selletra rt oversize transmission and things like that, were using a c21 pipe now but id really reccomend a R1200 R1400 pipe from stage 6!

I love the old malaguti range, the f15 looks best but weighs more, the f12 looks cool to and malaguti actually made 70cc versions from F10 to 15. Be interesting to tune an air cooled version. Btw, the F10 is probably the best one for racing due to weight. I had a benelli 491 lc with malossi mhr replica, I wish stage 6 was around then.....20 years ago! I'd love one now, or a Yamaha aerox. I also owned a malaguti yesterday too. I wouldn't spend cash on polini or malossi carbs, just find out what jets etc are used and buy a phva. If I was going to do it now I'd get a cylinder like this or an airsal and fit probably a keihin 24-28pwk copy and manifold. You can fit standard minarelli water pump by swapping outer case and fitting pump drive studs. I'd like fit an malossi team 50cc kit too.

Nice vid as awlays:) to make this scooter setup even better i would higly recommend the stage6 R1400 exaust or even yazuni c21. You should also consider a innerrotor ignition. And a bigger carb, would recoment between 23-28mm

great video, you really need a c21, the c16 makes like 1-3 horses less on that kit. plus get a 24-28mm carb 21mm can work but not for the max power sh from denmark

i have similar setup on my yamaha neos i swaped it to L/C with stage 6 mk2 racing kit yasuni c20 hpi racing inner rotor overande cvt 26mm dellorto carb and it tops out at 132kmh with slightly longer gears i had a c16 before and didnt like it doesnt make as much power as c20, c16 is kind of a midrace exhaust 15-16 hp

C16 / 21mm is more for midrange...mk2 is high end so at least c21/30 and 24/28 carb 👍

I would recommend getting a c21 and 28 polini cp you will get so much more power I have the same setup on my aerox and that cylinder can easily run 145 km/h (90 mph) with the right setup

I found this old 70 cc stroker piston I took out this old dirt bike i used to have, Im gonna try to get a GY6 stroker crankshaft and throw it this 50 mm cylinder I have with big valve head build with the 23 mm in. And 20 mm ex. But that's a nice build and liquid cooled on top of that then I rebuilt this 50 cc one and made some custom exhaust for it and put a non emissions head on it

i had that cylinder on my f12, i can suggest u to buy a jollymoto exhaust for 70cc and a 26mm carb

I would say you could easily go for C21 yasuni and a 28mm carb otherwise keep the exhaust and upgrade to a 24mm carb

hey man i live in canada and here most of the scooter we have are bugeye bws and you should really change the stock igniton to a mvt dd it make a huge difference on my bws i went from 14hp to 19 by just changing the ignition and pipe on my 70cc athena evolution air cooled cylinder
