You're very welcome Dennis. I'm thrilled you're getting into Tommy's music. He not only does the instruments for his videos but also all the editing. He is incredibly talented. He is a super busy man, being the guitarist for Sabaton. his own band Majestica, and his solo work, in which he puts out a new video every Friday. Don't know when he finds time for all this. You've been given great suggestions for another reaction, She's Gone, Alone, The Rocky IV Training video, Emerald, and more. Believe me when I say you'll be knocked off your feet.
I am a huge fan of this musical and this is one of the best covers of this song I have heard. Tommy is immensely talented and I can't wait for more of your reactions
Now you're in for a deep rabbit hole, Dennis. With all Tommy's bands and collabs you will have a lot of work. He started when he was only 14 and have done a lot of things. I suggest you start with The Light, a re-recorded song from hos first album
Forgive my tardiness...I'm looking at older reactions... never in my life (and I'm an old lady!) did I think I'd know the words to a musical theater joint! But dammit if this isn't fantastic! As is the Nightwish version with Tarja and Marko!
Tommy Johansson also did The phantom of the opera as a duet with Dream Ocean. Their vocalist Basak Ylva has amazing vocals. 😀👍You can find it Dream Ocean feat Tommy Johansson
I am very familiar with Phantom Of The Opera, even the original Michael Crawford performance from Broadway. His is an excellent version, though not the only Rock/Metal version. Even Lindsey Stirling did a Phantom Of The Opera medley that is part classical part metal.
This sounds awesome! He kind of gives me Meatloaf vibes. You should hear John Barrowman do this. He played Malcolm Merlin on "Arrow". Also, speaking of opera, perhaps listen to Adam Lambert's "Nessum Dorma" impromptu performance a couple of weeks ago in Bologna Italy during a Queen concert and a South African school with an epic rendition of "Bohemian Rhapsody". ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-9Nllpdz25hE.html
