What i was wondering is why don't medications come as their metabolites (removing the work load and sometimes toxic effects from the liver and other organs) also decreasing the time it takes to work as it not longer has to be metabolized. EG, instead of Morphine coming as Morphine sulphate pentahydrate in a capsule or such. Why not put Morphine 3 & 4 in the capsule instead (2 of the primary metabolites morphine converts into) Is it purely a half life or even shelf life thing or simply not possible to create without them being created in a living organism?

$380 for 2 years? Gide dang.. that’s a lot for me to gamble on.
