CORRECTION:
I said both prostaglandins and leukotrienes are decreased in the MOA of NSAIDs while actually only Prostaglandins are inhibited, leucotrienes are increased because LOX is not inhibited and all the arachidonic acid shunts to that pathway and that’s why the side effects of bronchospasm.

Paracetamol is an analgesic & anti pyretic but not anti inflammatory that means it's not NSAIDS.Answering thisI qualified the Gov.job and started my career. Simple question simple answer even can change our life.your lecture is valuable.& helpful.Greetings.

Correction:- cox don’t produce Leucotriene . Thus inhibiting cox won’t inhibit leucotrines.
