I am so happy to have found this video. I am now in the midst of interviewing for residency programs and I am feeling the same way. I try to stay positive, but I keep doubting myself and feeling fear. Hearing these words has uplifted me to keep going and focus on God's word. Thank you, Dr. Kay!!!

Can you please speak on the application process for residency? How can one get accepted into the program? Do you have to take the NAPLEX first? Do you have to take on leadership roles in school? When should one go to midyear? Which midyear should I attend? Do you have to be a part of an organization just to go to midyear?
The short answer is no, but without doing those things it may be more challenging. Stay tuned because I have a few videos coming in the next few weeks to answer most of your questions.
