Empress Phoenix is one of the best collector skin ever

I love both equally even though I can just afford starlight. The phoenix skin feels strong and fierce while the starlight skin feels charming and elegant. Love both. The starlight effects even look like a collector skin to me.

collector won the effects but starlight won the cheapness of the skin

Of course the collector skin is better, but for starlight skin I think Peony Bloom is so beautiful and even the skill effects are great too ❤️

To think that there would be a day where a starlight skin would be compared to a collector.. obviously the collector would win but the effects of the starlight’s is too good to be that of a starlight’s….. well done moonton

But for me i love starlight one i just notice the color blends in the map making enemies get surprise attack

What I like about the recently released Starlight skins this year is that THEY ARE NOT JUST COLOR CHANGE, like an Elite skin does. Instead, they have extra details which makes them unique. Pharsa's Collector Skin is very superb. Her SL is stunning and the Ult's transiition to strike (Circles on target) gives a hard time for the enemies to dodge.

Literally the Starlight skin looks like an Epic skin!

I think they should revamp the first six collector, because the upcoming is so damn great than other old skins.

I'm not even Pharsa main, but I have all her skins except the collector. I just have to buy Starlight because skill effects is so good.

I don't get why they gave Pharsa another skin, she literally just received one this year, they should've gave that skin to Kadita or Vexana.

Empress phoenix is the winning skin, but I like the star ight one because when she skills you can see water fading away leaving behind some little water puddles

I actually like the peony bloom ult attack better than empress Phoenix since the landing is mors unique. But in terms of the rest, empress phoenix wins in a landslide. I own both of the skins and they are all beutiful
