Hey Coach. Is there any specific point where you know to cut the drills off due to the running form slipping or the nervous system being fatigued? I imagine the rest periods between drills is important to remain fresh.

I don’t know if you got an answer to your reply, but I would say you don’t necessarily need to cut the drill off just a longer rest in between depending on the athlete conditioning wise or just overall stamina. If your looking for maximum effort and technique then breaks will be a bit longer depending on the athlete though. Also to teach the athlete to stay engaged when they are fatigued.
