i would encourage you to work with a communication coach to help with the faces you make while speaking and the spead - someone who works with news people, thank you for your videos.
I actually tested for toxic levels of selenium, no one knows exactly why. I have awful hormone issues now, fibroids in uterus, adenomyosis, rapid weight gain, insulin resistance, and more recently ended up in hospital with Mastitis which turned out to be caused by cysts that get triggered hormonally each cycle, not to mention just about every other symptom imaginable related to estrogen dominance. I am at the END . Im so glad there is education like this out there so I can better understand whats going on because so far no one has been able to help me.
