@Red and Blue depends but that much gains in less time nonone will attribute to natural gains , all of us know that you must be exceptionally having good genetics but muscle growth scientifically is same for all of us humans the amount of gains might be more for some for same amount of training and same diet but the time taken is usually same
6 months I was doing great 17.5KG shoulder press and 45 KG Bench press 40 KG Squat but my Upper right back started paining because of pinched nerve and I'm advised not to lift or even wear a bagpack ! It was my dream to look Jacked I was being skinny my whole Life ! and i would have done it so easily because I'm not addicted to junk food and I was a well desciplined guy
Fuck the doctor , do body weight training + stretching , my mother was told she has cancer ( lvl 3 ) she didn’t give up and is still alive to this day , when you get to a high level start weight liftinf again
