I was born with the moon at 29 degrees 16 minutes in Taurus on my MC, 10th house. I've been told this is very unusual. Thank you again. (Cancer Sun, Virgo 59 minutes on the AC)
No, and Steve Forrest didn't mention them in Book of the Moon, either. The phases are from those angled points to the next and the interpretations don't factor VOC. Thanks for asking!
