Here, I talk about the PhD system in Netherlands in brief, salary you get as a PhD in Netherlands, the one year go or no-go meeting which is like a 1 year review for the PhD meetings in Netherlands and how the one year review is done before getting a contract extension to continue your PhD till the finish line. I am an Indian PhD who is working as a PhD in Netherlands since Sept 2017 and expected to finish PhD in 2021. Netherlands is one of the favoured destinations of doing a PhD in Europe because PhD is like a job where you get a salary or in other words a full funding or scholarship!

Purpose of the channel:
Description about a PhD journey, its perks and downsides. This is the channel where vlogs are published about a PhD journey as seen by someone living in Netherlands for last 3 years but started his PhD 1 year back. Now he started his second year of PhD and with a weekly video he will walk you through the maze of the PhD till he reaches his destination in 2021!! To know more details about the channel check the ABOUT section. In short, he will also cover life and other aspects of living in Netherlands and Europe. To add to it, he will be giving advice on preparing for graduate schools abroad with emphasis on preparing for GRE, TOEFL, CV, SOP, etc.
