I think this whole interview itself is a great learning by which you touch upon so many intricate things of Indian classical music..... Best wishes for your future endeavours....
This is amazing, full of information, very nice amd technical information, i love playing songs on guitar and i can relate all questions to my playing, thank you so much Just one question, is it possible to learn directly from you , i mean face to face , direct songs or kind of guru shishya way , like you play then i follow immediately and play that , kind of things, if yest then please let me know whats the best way
Interesting interview, thank you :) Would like to listen from you a raga on guitar with additional microtonal frets, as you have mentioned here. The intonation is usually the biggest turn-away for listeners, as they expect to listen perfect harmonics of just intonation in indian classical, specially when tampura drone is on the background, otherwise it sounds out of tune for trained musician. Please show your approach, in youtube there very less guitarists with knowledge who really solve it properly with proper respect and understanding of indian music.
