Uhm... Eunice used Gwens dna as a template so if something were to affect Eunice then it would affect Gwen too. Did you forget about that little caviat of lore?
I would have liked the idea of pheromonitrix but one difference I would put is that it can still transformed into aliens and yes you can still have the rizz with this omnitrix and getting all the girls into a harem
Imagine your DNA 🧬 fused with the pheromomitrix like your muscles would expect your body would get ripped like bigger muscles 💪🏻 like you get all the rizz form the girls and a harem to it what do you guys think
And technically speaking Gwen eventually lose his original body so technically she's no longer his cousin at that point. Allowing them to technically get together.
That makes sense. They didn't mention Ben's mother or other women in the family, but the pheromones would be a chemical process that has a biological element and while family stuff does happen, it usually comes from certain lines such as those lines of royalty and places where it's common, (and mental illness) and so because ben's line doesn't seem to contain much of that, it would stand to reason that this strengthens the power of his own pheremones so the lack of that family attraction from his dna means his pheremones don't effect his family such as Gwen and his mother. But pheremones are a biological thing, so if Gwen had a different body, it absolutely would affect her as well... Although I would reason that either the new body mimics the biology of Gwens old one so it still doesn't affect her, or a better theory, she's now been constantly bombarded with those pheremones for years during the adventures that she now has the mental capacity to fight it and just hides that from Ben because she doesn't want to admit she's now attracted to her cousin. I mean it was just established that aliens would struggle mentally to fight the pheremones such as that one who desired to defeat Ben rather than fight for him, so I can assume that a long-standing tolerance to the pheremones (although not actually affecting her initially) would lead to Gwen having an easier time mentally holding the attraction back and only because of the taboo.
