Today makes 35 years as a Phi Beta Sigma man!
At Montclair State in the Spring of 1988 I began pledging for Sigma. There were two other guys on my line with me but they both dropped pretty soon after. So for the rest of the 9 weeks I was by myself! I got some crazy stories but can't tell ya about them😂. Feels like it was just yesterday.
But I also had line brothers from all the surrounding schools too! Pledging by myself during the week was crazy enough, but when the weekends came that's when we had our "def sets"!! At least at those I got to get pledged with my line bros! What a relief that was! So this shout out is really to them!
