We just got back from Thailand 4 days ago and I had this video in my suggestions. We also were 3 days on Phi Phi and seeing this makes me want to go back so hard. We travel a lot and I have to say that Koh Phi Phi is one of the most beautiful places we ever have been to. It's just the perfect mix between relaxing and swimming at the beaches, sightseeing, eating, shopping and partying all night. And all in walking distance. We definately go back there in the future! :)
@@everyting9608 It's beautiful and so much fun. Ah wow you're from the Philippines. We are coming in December for a month. We don't have an exact itinerary yet but know we want to visit Cebu, Manila and Boracay to start.
@@AlwaysonaJourney Oh wow that's great! I hope to see you guys when work permits. I have a few recommendations for the places you plan to visit. I've lived on all 3 for a time. I also suggest you hit Iloilo and Guimaras as well.
@@AlwaysonaJourney Yes, I think we will!! It’s me, my husband and our three girls travelling from Shetland, Scotland. We have been planning this trip for the longest time and really appreciate all your videos!! (Andamanda Water Park video is the girls favourite!!) xx
Amazing video! Thanks a lot.. I just want to know how comfortable it is to fly drone in Phi Phi? I will be travelling with drone to Thailand and I have heard they are pretty strict with drones! Please share me your experience flying drone there if you did..
Hi bro, thanks a lot for your crispy informative video. Plan to go 6 days in Phuket. I got to stay jn phi phi island 3 days. You replied to everyone, such a honour for your character. What kind of cameras you using or fully drone shots? Someone shoot you when you are walking and snorkeling timings. I hope you are not using gimbal or selfie stick. One more question. When we go boat tour with snorkeling then how can we keep our wallet or keys safely? Thanks bro. Like to keep in touch. Sam from Australia.
Thank you i really enjoyed the video, I will be there after 2 weeks and i am wondering if it will suits a disabled person on wheelchair, Could you help please ?
Watched many phi phi videos on youtube but this was by far the most informative, straight to the point. Thank you! I am going to phi phi in january, needed this.
Loves that video. I’m thinking of flying to Phuket next week. I haven’t been to that side of Thailand for about 6 years and it’s jaw dropping beautiful isn’t it. Thanks for posting.
@@AlwaysonaJourney I’m still in sunny England at the moment but I’m semi packed and looking at flights. Patong had a certain fascination for me for a few days, but taking the long boat along the Ardaman Sea and arriving at Railay beach, just blew me away. Personally, I’ve never seen anything more beautiful.
Phi Phi Nightlife is so much fun. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-pf04yFvEOjA.html Don't forget to go out on a boat tour. The snorkelling is great. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_K5bxpMtIbU.html Enjoy!
I'm planning a trip to Thailand in march, flying in to Bangkok, but also hoping to visit chiang mai, phi phi islands, and then back to Bangkok. What would you say is the most effective and convenient way to do this? I wondered if it's best to fly to phuket, then phi phi as soon as I arrive at Bangkok?
Great video, great ideas for my upcoming trip !!! Do all the view points have steps going up ( knocked my knee) no big deal but rather avoid the steps at this moment, thanks again for the video 😊
Enjoyed the video, for the day trips around phiphi do you book the day before or morning of? Or online best? I'm going next month and not sure what's best lol
If you're in Phuket or krabi you can book return ticket from the tour desk around your hotel or online price is not a big difference. If you want to go one day trip including pick up and drop off, lunch(maybe) and go explore around PPs you better book through tour desk. Tell them your plan get the price then compare 2-3 places. Enjoy.
Thanks for a great information and overview of PHi PHi. We were there pre Tsumani and PHiPhi was just Ton sai Village. The Pier was a rickity wood structure and there were only a few shops/cafes. We stayed on the otherside Tonsai Beach, just meters away from the beach and walked out into the shallow waters watching out for crabs and fish around our feet. We climbed up to the View point -no stairs in those days - just finding our way up the unmade pathway through the undergrowth. No restaurant up the top just a small wat/monastery and a few old people - we felt we were trespassing. their backyards! No garden or view of built up mountain sides. Boatrides were few and far between. The Tonsai harbour was given over to fishing boats.
You can book any shop on the island, they are trustworthy. Ask many shops the price and the options they have and compare which one meet your needs. Enjoy your trip.
First time I watched your videos and I have to say you are doing a great job, explaining everything a person need to know, so precise, clear and you don't give room for further questions. Thank you so much. Defo subscribe to your channel!
Thanks guys! I will. But I've been going to South East Asia for the past 20 yearrs or the so, and particularly to Thailand. But I will. In the meantime, PLS , keep posting! Safe travels 🧳🧳🧳🙌🏻
If we stay at Patong Beach, are there ferry/boats and how long would that ride be? Or does one have to go to the east side of Phuket to catch a boat ride..
The easiest way is to book the ticket from the tour desk around patong which is included the pickup service from your hotel. If you book from the website it is cheaper but you will cost more for transport from your hotel to the pier.
@@AlwaysonaJourney I just rewatched the video.. you stayed in Phi Phi. I was planning just a day island tour. Oh ok. Is there a particular tour company you can recommend? Would imagine taxi ride from Patong to pier is expensive… for 1 hour trip.
The most relevant tour vlog thats there . Firstly you have put just the right amount of information with the correct footages and links. All the other videos are just showcasing there experiences i mean i dont need to see that bruh. I am not sure why is this video not upvoted. And secondly you have put everything in your description which is so handy. Thank you so much ! Hope you make more such videos .
@@AlwaysonaJourney Hey , glad to see your response. I have not yet visited Phi phi , but i am just about to the next week . I have noted places and points to do in Phi Phi. Thanks to your video. 😊
Thank you for you comment. There are so many choices of hotel here. The hotel we've stayed was good the bed comfortable (no bad back in the morning) which is our first priority when we looking for the hotel. (Jerry)
@@AlwaysonaJourney hmm. I’m in Phuket for 16 days. So I do, was only planning on going for the day! But your video makes me thijk other wise . Love the content new viewer
I'm going to Thailand at the end of May, a week in Bangkok then a week in Phuket. I was planning to do one day in Phi Phi Island and go back to Phuket on the same day, is there any ferries that provide this service as I am not so keen on getting on a speedboat?
