I agree as well both Brother Bear 1 and 2 is in my top 5 at #2 with Beauty and The Beast Beating it but if Disney didn't make any Disney princess movies Brother Bear would be #1 in my opinion
this song speaks to me in so many ways. Life can be tough and unbearing. but eventually things will light up now and then. everything changes, sometimes good sometimes bad. it doesn't matter as long as you have people you cherish in life and will always love. I know it sounds a little cheesy, but it's true and I hope whoever reads this takes it into consideration and has thier day brightened up.
I love the sonder in the Brother bear sound track (sonder meaning that everyone who is around you has a unique life, with their own struggles and strengths) Sometimes life will be a bit tough, but looking through a different prospective can make a world of difference.
I'm a Christian and I have dreams sometimes from God. I know it sounds cliche, but I really do. Last year I was really, really depressed and I only found peace in my sleep. At night I had dreams of flying and playing in fields of grass and beautiful blue skies. Well, one night I had a dream that I was a bald eagle soaring over Earth. The sun was on the horizon and I could see beautiful forests and waterfalls below me. And what was awesome was this song was in my dream. I have no idea why I dreamed that. I didn't watch Brother Bear at all around that time. So I think it might have come from Jesus letting me know just what this song is saying. Everything is ok and that somewhere out there I'm loved and needed and everything is fine and times will get hard, but He is there watching over me and always will be. This dream and this song was just a huge comfort to me when I awoke. I still have similar dreams now. But that one was especially awesomeness ^^
I relate you, I always believe in God. And that song reminds of me stepping out of my comfort zone and create a fan fiction story [which I am doing right now]. I face my struggles, but I look into God's eyes. And once I keep doing that, I'll still do the impossible. I've got dreams from God too.
I will never understand why people hate Phil Collins so much, especially the songs he has in Disney movies. His songs are very powerful and sweet, and his voice is obviously the stereotypical nice Disney prince/princess voice, and I love it.
I remember listening to this when I was younger... I didn't understand what Phil Colin's was trying to say in this song. But now that I'm older, I understand fully. Man it sucks to grow up. ='/
I made a really great connection and friendship with God recently and I've noticed I had always loved certain songs when I was younger which most other kids overlooked. So I'm listening to the lyrics of all of them again and I'm falling in love with them more!
I feel like Jesus is speaking to us with this song through the words and music of Phil Collins. He is a blessing to this world and so are all of you :)
I wish Disney would make a live-action remake to this underrated film. Not only would it do justice for it's name, it would be an absolute honor! But that's just me, who else is with me?
@@manuelorozco7760 no no I totally agree with you. Let's hope they get Phil Collins back too. The music was phenomenal in the original. Can't beat that
I remember the first time Brother Bear came out in theaters, I was a girl scout and my troop was leaving the theaters but I stayed cause I wanted to watch the credits for some reason. I heard this song and it just stuck with me, now I'm a young adult and I always find myself remembering this song, not because it was from Brother Bear, but because the lyrics behind Phil Collins' genius, this song, the message and the delivery is spot on, and in dark times I listen to this especially with a lot hatred and death happening all around. If we stop discrimination and unnecessary killings, if we can all just look at each other and realize that were all the same. Human beings who may be different but still similar despite our backgrounds, religions and genders then maybe just maybe love can truly break the cycle of hatred.
When I was 4 years old.. i always sing this song but i didnt know what is the meaning of this song but now im 15 i can understand it i love this song so is brother bear i had learn everything cuz of brother bear i know how hard my parents doing what safe at myself.. ^NOTHING IS BETTER THAN FAMILY ^* ^_^
I love how Phil Collins songs transcend meaning and how it can connect with you so deeply, I can't begin to tell you the strength some of his songs have given me. 🙏
I honestly loved this song so much as a kid and still love it even now as an adult. This song is just so beautiful and just by listening to it, I can't help but imagine the lyrics as words coming from God talking about how he will be with his children despite all the darkness they'll go through. He'll always have a better plan in mind by just looking through his eyes. Interpret this song however you will, but this simply is mine. Amen.
Phil Collins is a musical genius. He did an awesome job with this movie and Tarzan, which is my number one favorite Disney movie of all time. I love the message of Brother Bear.
Phil Collins has the unique quality along with a handful of other musicians to make you feel something real where all these wanna be musicians sell out for fame, only singing about sex, $$ , and drugs. This song is so so amazing and real. Who could not feel this?
Beautiful soundtrack for traveling especially through evergreen forests and valleys 💕 Brother bear nostalgia chills me to the heart I love Phil collinsss 😍
beautiful story of disney, i loved kota, he was so cute, and so friendly, and i love how keni learned to love him later on and learned his lesson at the sound of the story of kota and his mothers danger
Matches Jayfeather PERFECTLY (before series end). If other cats understood how much he hated being blind, if they 'looked' through his eyes once, walked in his paws once, they would understand. But all they see now is the Half-Clan Med. Cat. I love you Jayfeather!
Now I'm crying inside by this song because my cush finally stopped and looked through my eyes and never give up on ASL even if it's really hard for him:) soooo proud of u
I need to watch Brother Bear. I haven't seen it yet. I discovered this song from a fur picture with the fox crying with his boyfriend saying one day we will have our freedom and we will fight until that day. I had to add this song. This song makes me think of how nice it would be to have someone that just knows when something is wrong and he can hold me and I can do the same thing to him. I would protect him with my life. This is goin to be part of my wedding songs if I ever get married.
Phil Collins,is an old singer...but,every song he made and sing, there's so many meaning in his songs,Brother Bear and Tarzan is an interesting movie,I never bored every time I watch it.
if people understood how Autistic and special needs people REALLY felt, maybe we wouldn't be bullied so much. but they don't, they don't look through OUR eyes and see what we see: pain, sadness, hurt. All we want is to be accepted, and we're NOT!
I love this song and have a great respect for Phil Collins for his musical expertise and talent. Perhaps your friend has been disillusioned in the past? Sometimes a song doesn't appeal at certain times due to one's own experiences but then when that time passes and the road becomes a little less discouraging, one's tastes in music also change. It has for me. :-)
:( it's not easy to be a blind or mute kid. from signing to braille. You think it's so easy. Well it's not. My crush looked into my eyes and decided to learn my life... By trying to sign
now, i remember when i told my aides just take a look in my eye by finding a place to learn more signs. but even if they aren't listening to me and my mom. one of my aides, MH listened to me on friday
Brother bear 1 and 2 are the best movies to me.I love the songs from the both movies. The best two movies ever.I will never stop to watch them. This is the best movie than Kim possible the movie 2019.I love this movie is movie and I always will.
