I've watched a lot of interviews with the Ted Lasso cast and this is without question the best, and you can see it in the response given, a great insightful interview, thank you

Roy's has been a dad to Phoebe this entire time. it was so freaking lovely to see that come full circle. cz he's not a bad dood, or even that stubborn. he's just grumpy and a "get off my lawn" sort of chap. which has been mitigated and molded into stern caring and open communication cz of his love for Keeley and his relationship w his colleagues and the rest of the players. as much as Jamie needed a father, Roy needed a son. I absolutely love love love this show's emotional arcs. they're so organic and they progress upon each other, instead of regressing for the sake of drama. like when Jamie said he still loves Keeley at the funeral I knew it wasn't to create drama btwn the 3 of them. Roy himself was freaking out being at the funeral, n this was his opportunity to understand, empathize and forgive someone who he just started to care abt. it was a lesson for all 3 of them n nothing more. parallels. and I adore this predictability. if I hear "subvert expectations" one more time I'm gna flip the table on Dumb and Dumber. GoT ruined the entire artistic concept, and I don't even like GoT or watch it. predictability is not a detriment when the story's solid and acted well. I predict that Keeley and Roy will get married by the end of season 3. it's not gna be puppies and puppies. but whatever happens it'll be abt the two of them growing as individuals and as a couple. I'm willing to bet on this.

What is that accent she has? Sounds like a really buzzy mix of english and american/canadian accents.

I was curious too so I looked her up, and her bio says she was born and raised in England by a Texan and a Scot. Must be that mix!
