it is pretty tough, the night ken got his black belt he had to roll 60 guys for one minute each with no break and phil and rick did a seminar before that, it was definately the highight of my career. our school is pretty cool ,matt hamill of the ufc trained there before the ultimate fighter show

yeah i guess so, but there are so many more things to do. i am not mocking phil at all either, the two black belts where i train received their black belts from phil

babalu really doesnt try to break his guard very much. phil is the man though

nice one phil...had to fight for that one but the basics paid off as usual

The finishing move is excellent but the first 7 mins was a waste.

just shows you how bjj has grown up. the arnold was last weekend there was about 5000 people watching the grappling. in the video i think there are maybe 50
