The first time I heard the chorus, I thought "That's it?" I was expecting an eloquent string of theologically deep words that really impressed me. As the song moved into the bridge, I realized what Phil was doing with the chorus. Once he went into the climax after the bridge, I loved the chorus and was moved by its simplicity. When we consider God in all His glory, as creator of all, stepping into His creation to give us life, what is our response? Do we construct deep theological words that sound impressive to those who hear and boast in our intellect? When we are moved by the reality shown in this song, there is only one real response: Holy! You are Holy! Earth and Heaven sing forever! Holy! You are Holy! All creation, praise Creator!

@Philwickhamofficial.. Bedford, Texas - near Dallas. Came here from Newport Beach two years ago. Miss Cali and my church, The Sanctuary, in Costa Mesa. I livestream it Thursday nights and Sundays.
