Teenagers are not deterred by mass shootings. Teenagers will continue to attend pop-up events despite mass shootings. Land of the free and home of the brave.

Government needs to lead by example in general. Teach respect,self respect, and morality by showing them.

I believe the missing father in the home is a major factor in these incidents. Lack of fathers and education are common factor in overwhelming number of these cases.

Let's not blow things out of proportion, maybe the yuppies didn't get the memo ,but there has always been gun violence in the city of Philadelphia, that is more than facts!! I will relinquish on an obvious fact, the violence isn't as organized as it was in the late 60s and the 70s, therefore the violence is rather chaotic, yet their have always been gun violence. Every summer the city of Philadelphia used to have a daily. broadcasted body count, of the victims of gang wars. Now we are just going through a period of selective amnesia. A certain segment of our population thought the ring doorbell cameras was going to stop the crime they were scared of, just like in Northern Ireland where that surveillance system was first created,, the $##@; ain't work ! And just like the 60s and the 70s, despite what the "pastors "'may say, it'll only make it more obvious that these people are not in touch with the young people of today , our kids need better educational opportunities, better education, better prospects at jobs, until that happeneds,, there will be gun violence. It's the American way
