The Philadelphia Phillies defeat the Atlanta Braves in Game 4 to win the NLDS at Citizens Bank Park! What a series and what a game to close it out. A lot of huge clutch plays from the bullpen in late innings and the defense was incredible tonight. Huge play by Rojas to end the threat in the 7th inning and in my opinion it was the play of the game. Let's keep this vibe rolling! My childhood I would sit on my parent bed and watch every Phillies game. I stopped watching, lost interest. 2022 when they went to the World Series I watched and had a flood of emotions the nostalgia of my childhood brought me back tremendous amounts of happiness and bliss. It was hard to watch them lose but sparked my interest for the 2023. Watch every game with my son last year. I’m so excited for the season to start on the 28th. I love this team.

Iowa boy and Phils Fan since 1982 when I met Von Hayes in Clarinda, Iowa when he was playing Minor League ball there! This brings a tear to my eyes! I feel like this is our year! I really do! It feels like 08 all over again!

Congrats to the Arizona Diamondbacks. They played a great series. The bats for the Phillies just decided not to show up these last few games. Some costly bullpen decisions and the lack of offense down the stretch ended the season for the Phillies. Hats off to Arizona. Good luck in the World Series.
