The 25th Annual Philadelphia Tattoo Festival took place this past weekend at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. 1500+ artists were in attendance and it felt like all of Philadelphia showed up. An amazing weekend with tons of great artwork. No question this is the best tattoo event in the world.
